Pros:

This is an excellent place to stay. It has a convenient location, and the rooms are very clean. The hosts are welcoming and always ready to help. I highly recommend it.

Pros:

This hotel was like a homestay; run by a very friendly family. The facilities were good and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Lovely family, great location
Pros:

We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and eat on the quiet balcony. Basic but comfortable room. Lovely family live downstairs and are very helpful.
Really good location. A short walk to the main crossroads in Benaulim. A bike ride or walk to the quiet and gorgeous beach 'Sernabatim'.

Cons:

There is a guard dog in the evenings, requiring a phone call to control it before entering.

A relaxing and enjoyable time.
Pros:

The Homestay was in an excellent location, approximately half a mile from the beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops were well within walking distance. The family (owners) were friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. They also transported me from and to the airport, so I did not have to make my own arrangements. If I had chosen they would have prepared my meals for me. A lovely home and a lovely family - I will return.

Location beautiful beach.
Pros:

Great helpful host. Clean, comfortable, hot water..Good location, handy to beach. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional
Pros:

This is a lovely property located 5 mins away from the beach, the rooms are sparkling clean and the D'souza family go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable, they were kind enough to welcome us for home made lunch and offered homemade Christmas sweets. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

Everything was good, no complaints.
