Cons:

La habitación no era conforme a lo esperado, con poca luz , el ambiente muy oscuro . El suelo de madera no permite una buena limpieza y en la ducha hemos encontrado pelos largos negros .
Muchas preocupación por parte de él staff para que el cliente mantenerla en buen estado las instalaciones , pero demasiados mensajes por su parte, que han rosado la molestia .

Me gustó mucho, agua caliente, casa acogedora con calefacción, cama bastante grande con ventanas al exterior, televisión grande, espejo del baño genial…..confortable

Cons:

Falto un armario más grande, porque el que había era demasiado pequeño.

Great location, lovely building and comfortable . Impersonal.
Pros:

Beautiful converted old Canarian house with original ceilings, floor boards and courtyard

Cons:

No personal contact. Never saw any ‘staff’ so rather impersonal.
Room was quite cold but ample heating.

Pros:

Beautifully restored building. Clean room. Boutique vibes.

Cons:

Ramen restaurant at the ground level. Which means kitchen smells going up the rooms. It noisy in the evenings too. I could live with this, but for the price paid, it worthy mentioning.

Beautiful property located in the heart of La Laguna.
Pros:

Great location but very noisy. I read that in the reviews but didn’t understand quite how loud it actually was. You can hear through the walls and the shutters don’t provide any noise reduction…still worth the beautiful room & convenient location. There’s two or three restaurants located on the first floor that have great staff & yummy dishes. I recommend trying the paella.

Grundsätzlich sehr gut, Lage, Schnitt, Einrichtung

Cons:

Eine Flasche Wasser wurde im Nachhinein mit 3,50 berechnet. Das ist etwas kleinlich.
Schwierig war die Registrierung im Vorfeld, weil in der Maske eine Info abgefragt wurde, die wir nicht beantworten konnten. Nach Übersendung einer anderen Maske hat es dann funktioniert. Man muss unnötige Zeit für so etwas aufwenden , was etwas ärgerlich ist.

Pros:

La habitación es muy espaciosa, grande, bonita y bien decorada. Está en el centro histórico, muy cómodo para pasear pero hay que dejar el coche lejos.

Cons:

Que el check out sea a las 11, que no incluya el desayuno con una tarifa tan elevada y que te contacten por WhatsApp para introducir la tarjeta en un enlace, no da mucha confianza hoy en día.

Il y avait beaucoup trop de bruit provenant de l’extérieur matin et soir. Il faudrait prévoir des fenêtres qui soient fermées correctement.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la habitabilidad no tanto
Pros:

La casa en la que están las habitaciones es muy bonita, típica canaria. La habitación que nos tocó estaba muy bien, amplia, limpia, bien decorada, la cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

La casa cuenta con un patio central muy bonito, pero tiene un gran hándicap: el restaurante que alberga en él. No sé si en el resto de habitaciones pasa lo mismo, pero en la "Tamaimo" la estancia se ha tornado difícil. El ruido del restaurante era tremendo, tanto a mediodía como por la noche (hasta casi las doce) y la habitación no cuenta con aislamiento sonoro alguno. De hecho, como se conserva la estructura antigua, existen huecos entre los marcos y las ventanas/puertas que permiten, no solo que se cuele el ruido, sino también los olores. Es una auténtica pena que no hayamos podido desconectar como planeábamos. Ojalá pongan solución en un futuro próximo
