Good location
Pros:

The location was prime. The backyard is nice. Overall the stay was nice.

Cons:

It is little bit misleading from the photos online. They should loose the heavy filter used on the photo. They should do at least every other day room refresh. The walls are also thin, you hear people in the corridor quite well.

An ok hostel in a good location
Pros:

Good location and nice staff.

Cons:

The place looks nothing like the pictures which are very photoshopped. This makes the stay disappointing as you are expecting a lovely boutique hotel and it’s basically a hostel. I wouldn’t mind staying in a hostel but be honest about it.

Do not book this property!
Pros:

That they allowed me to get a full refund after checking in.

Cons:

The bathroom bin was full of dirty paper when I arrived. Cracks in the walls. Paint peeling off everywhere. Stained carpets. Bedsheets that felt like sand paper. Corridors reminded me of a prison. Rusty and dirty pool area. They clearly edited the photos heavily and/or made sure to not to include the bad bits. I was well and truly catfished by the pictures — see the ones I took below…

O hotel era ótimo, super novo, exatamente como nas fotos. Chegamos bem tarde mas o check in foi rápido e fácil. A localização é excelente, com vários restaurantes perto. Foi possível ir a pé sem nenhum problema tarde da noite

The keys of several rooms it seems do not work well as other guests were having trouble locking or opening their doors.

Very continent, easy check in, helpful staff as well, promptly answered questions via WhatsApp, let us leave our bag after check out without extra fee.

Would recommend, especially for the great staff
Pros:

Amazing staff, super helpful and kind. Easily available to ask questions and made the stay very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, great location!
Pros:

Location, safety, pool/ patio area. Room comfortable.

Cons:

Some amenities not available-laundry service for example. Parking available at corner garage for a fee . Ordeal paying hotel. Sent PayPal link, and we had issues with it processing. Discussions with hotel to get it sorted, several hours before we were to arrive, on New Year’s Day, took way too long. Reserved and put credit card down several months in advance so we’re were concerned we would not be able to be let in due to this hiccup day of.

Funcional para pasar una noche o dos
Pros:

Bien ubicado, buen precio

Cons:

En algunas habitaciones del primer piso hay mucho ruido a la noche, en tanto que en las de la planta baja entra poca luz natural —> no es un hotel para pasar tiempo en la habitación.
