Everything about this hotel!! Young girls selling them selves outside on the step. My son left his room locked. but when he returned he new that someone came into the room & left a leaflet. He didn't give anyone permission to go into his room,,, when we questioned this they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. do not stay here, avoid like the plague.. full of insects, disgusting, dirty 😤 on booking.com shows pictures of rooms that don't exist 😑 😒
To be honest the only thing I can say that we actually liked was the fact that it was close to the park and walking street..
Upon arrival the receptionist forced me to cancel my booking immediately from booking.com, he actually took my phone from me and cancelled as he said i will upgrade you to a bedroom with a window, which is a scam. . absolutely everything about this Hotel was disgusting.. The rooms were nothing like what we had originally booked on booking.com.. they are years old and disgusting. the bed linen was all full of stains and other people's hairs 🤢. I found evidence of mouse 🐁 pup 🫣. live wires sticking out from the bathroom walls. The floors in my opinion not washed or hoovered in weeks. The Mat in the room was viel.. The chair was so disgusting with stains! The walls were full of damp and stains. the towels were so bad that we couldn't use them 🤮. Bottled water was not sealed either 🤔. also the wardrobes are full of mould. STAY away from this hotel !!! Booking.com should NOT have this hotel on their website 😤 😤 😠 😡

They will ask you to cancel your booking.com reservation to avoid the commission fees but will offer a slight discount.
The correspondence prior to checking in was prompt and friendly; the receptionists were professional and courteous, the room was a good size, with a comfortable bed, hot/cold shower with good water pressure. The room was at the back of the building with a large window, so there was very little noise.
Only the location. There was one house keeping cleaner. She is very kind the young one. She was helpful. She was the best.
They cannot speak English except one guy kelvin only can speak. The fridge not functioning. The room the floor was dirty. No spoon and no coffee. They are very calculative. Lamp light broken and they didn't bother to repair and the toilet light was broken too. They treat the Asian differently and the people from Europe differently. The area is like red light area. Not suitable for family. I was so disappointed. The night shift lady is a disappointment. She is not helpful at all. She cannot even communicate properly. Overall I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Booking.com should survey properly as there was a deal going on. They ask to cancel the booking. Com deal and pay direct to them. It's scary and I obeyed to their rules. I have no choice.
