Pros:

The hotel is just across the street from Kyoto JR station (approx. 5mins walk). It is very convenient to travel around Kyoto! The rooms were spacious, tidy and clean.

The staff were extremely helpful with the check in and check out process. There were no front desk setting, but the staff will come down and assist when you follow the intercom prompts. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here!
