Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. Everything we asked for was answered immediately and with a wonderful attitude. The entire staff was warm and lovely, the breakfast was excellent (!), and the charming patio, with the surrounding greenery and the burning fireplace — what more could one ask for…

אין בידוד רעשים בכלל שומעים את הרכבים בכביש הראשי ברמה כזאת! ואני לא בגיל שהשמיעה שלי חדה!
השירות בקבלה לא תמיד היה שירותי ונחמד וחבל כי זה הפנים של המלון.
ראיתי את המלון בבוקינג כמה פעמים והייתי חייבת להזמין אבל וזה אבל גדול!! המחיר לא שווה את התמורה מחיר מוגזם!! עדיף שתטוסו לסרי לנקה.
