Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ong Tam Villa. The villa is located right next to the peaceful Tra Que Vegetable Village, which made the whole experience feel very relaxing and authentic.

One of our favorite things was using the free bicycles to explore the beautiful countryside and ride around the village. It was such a lovely way to enjoy Hoi An away from the busy tourist areas.

The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The swimming pool is also large and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful throughout our stay.

A lovely place for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Hoi An. We would definitely stay here again!

Off the beaten track, no atmosphere , loud, avoid.

Nice hot shower. Bed.

Cons:

Photos of the properly were very misleading. The property is sparse, down a dirt track, almost looks h unfinished. We arrived late at night to loud karaoke (10pm) and screeching and talking which continued until 1am. 3 windows to the room had no curtains letting in light throughout our stay. We didn’t get a great nights sleep as drilling started from a neighbour early next morning (6am). The Room was clean. No staff seen other than at check in. Changed our stay to one night only as it was late and we needed to sleep. Moved into old town the next morning as soon as we woke up.

The overall environment is clean and relaxing. For anyone who wants to live “far away from the masses,” this is THE place. Staying here felt like a privilege, and the memories have lingered in our minds long after we left.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. We met Ms. An and had a lovely conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local community. Ms. An surprised us with something unexpected and delightful after our conversation. It was indeed a wonderful experience for us!

A lovely contrast to city life
Pros:

Being out of town in a village felt a bit strange at first... But soon got to love it... Even for six nights...60,000 to Hoi An via taxi and there are several cafes in the area. The hotel will lend you a bike for free if you want one. Wonderful family owners... We highly recommend ✅
