Chạy xe ra trung tâm tầm 5-10p nên cũng ok. Phòng lớn, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi, thoải mái. Nhân viên thân thiện.
The staff was great, responsive and quickly solved issues. The room was large enough, not noisy, and the daily turning over was good.
1. cockroaches! I killed at least 2 during the stay. electrical outlets were just impossible to plug in?
2. Shower drain was blocked on the first day, after 2 tries it drained better
3. Toilet paper, it seems the hotel couldn't give more than 1 roll a day?
4. The mirror LED button. It lit up at night right into the face when you turn on the bed. Why - this fancy mirror is just unnecessary and project light at night when the guest wanted a dark room to sleep
5. The shower control is overly complicated.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat slightly away from the city’s rush. I stayed in room 206, which faces away from the road, ensuring a generally quiet atmosphere. While the soundproofing isn't perfect—I could hear some karaoke from a nearby building one evening—it didn't last long enough to be a real issue.
The room itself felt clean and welcoming, featuring a comfortable, soft mattress and reliable hot water. It was well-equipped with essentials like tea, complimentary water, towels, robes, and slippers. The television worked perfectly, and although the balcony view looks out over neighboring houses rather than the mountains, it remains a nice spot to step outside.
The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, which truly adds to the experience.
For those planning a stay, it is worth noting that the Wi-Fi signal can be a bit weak, and I did encounter a few ants in the room. Overall, it is a pleasant and cozy place to stay.
