No parking, but as I've stopped here before I knew where there was free parking nearby *not in tje Tesco car park next door which us limited times)

Pros:

Es ist ein unglaublich herzlicher Ort mit tollen Menschen! Das Zimmer war völlig in Ordnung und kommt mit einem modernen Bad. Außerdem ist Tesco direkt ums Eck (buchstäblich!). Ich hatte dort eine super Aufenthalt :)

Cons:

Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen fehlt vielleicht doch eine Klima.

Comfortable central location
Pros:

A great location for what I needed.
Very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The only slight niggle was noise from pub due to extreme hot weather and world Cup.
I was made aware of this so no real problem.

Very pleasant
Pros:

Very pleasant and welcoming to us and the room was light and airy. We were provided with a fan which was great as a hot day
The room was exceptionally clean and supplied with shower gel etc, together with bottles of water and tea and coffee.
Good position in the area

Great, would definitely stay again if I am up that way again

Only criticism is to get told more info about where to put the key when you leave as the pub was shut when I left.

Pros:

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem. Unter der Woche ist es sehr ruhig, am Wochenende würde ich hier nicht buchen, da die Zimmer über einer Kneipe sind und man uns sagte, dass es dann schonmal bis 2:00/3:00 morgens laut ist. Der kleine Ort ist niedlich, es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Um die Ecke ein sehr nettes Café zum Frühstück. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

Room still had a rubbish bag in it from last tenant, half used shower bottles in shower and one set of towels looked dirty. Pub stayed open late and noise Coming into room past 1am

A disappointing experience

The location.

Cons:

I had booked this for a relative as I had stayed here several times before and it was always very good. On his arrival at the accommodation, the welcome was very nice, however on reaching the room it clearly hadn't been cleaned upon the departure of the previous occupant. The bed was unmade, the hospitality tray had been used, there was sugar all over the bed and coffee all over the floor. Very disappointing after a 200 mile drive when he just wanted to go to bed. It is a pub so music is to be expected, but not blaring out until 1am. They did clean the room up in 45 minutes and they did apologise, but unfortunately I can now no longer recommend this accommodation.

Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. Good location to main high street

Cons:

Was not made aware when booking that on a Saturday night they are opened until 1am with loud music. So you cannot sleep until it's all finished. I know its above a pub but assumed everything finished by 11pm. Some sort of noise insulation should be fitted.

Fine for a night’s stopover.
Pros:

Our rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Good showers. Well decorated. A perfectly nice place to spend the night.
