Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, um Puerto de la Cruz zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell, die Betten sind sehr gut. Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar. Wir hatten eine Woche mit sehr kaltem und stürmischem Wetter erwischt, da hat uns der vorhandene Heizlüfter sehr gute Dienste geleistet, so dass wir damit angenehme Raumtemperaturen erreichten..

Cons:

Wie bereits von anderen Gästen beschrieben, ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig (Straße und Nachbarn), was sich aber mit Ohrstöpseln lösen ließ...und der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war beim warmen Wasser sehr gering.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It is located in a stunningly beautiful place and not far from the central area with many cafes and shops.

It’s also great that the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay—from all the kitchen utensils to even beach umbrellas. Everything you might need for a pleasant stay is there.

I especially want to mention the amazing view from the windows and the balcony. Starting the morning with breakfast and such a view was simply incredible.

Cons:

The only downside for us was the rather weak sound insulation, which sometimes made it quite noisy (especially at night or early in the morning when traffic noise could be heard). However, we bought earplugs, and after that, we slept well.

Additionally, as minor details, the tiled floor can feel a bit cold in the evenings, and the water pressure in the bathroom is rather weak.

But in general, as I said, we did enjoy our stay

That good I would love to go back when next in Puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

The apartment is a good size with a lovely balcony and views as detailed in the owners description.
The lounge was comfortable with a really good sized dining table,
The Kitchen was small but adequate for our needs, it was also well stocked for utensils.
The bedroom was fine with decent storage
Bathroom was ok the shower was in a bath but worked well.
The Wi Fi was good
Very few minor quibbles which I have passed on privately.
Herbert the owner gave great instructions to get to the property, which was easy with self-check in being done. Nadine from the Management company called in to see us and she was very nice and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again, as it was like a home from home, and in a good area.

I found the below to be excellent Restaurants in Puerto de La Cruz

Mesón Los Gemelos is my go to restaurant for steak in Puerto de la Cruz , you can’t book but don’t seem to wait too long in the queue.
Restaurante Oliva which is near to the Apartment was a tremendous find and worth well a visit.
Both of these restaurants are excellent value as well

Great cocktails and atmosphere can be found at Elements not far from Los Gemelos by the way 😊

Cons:

Nothing really, Some minor things which I have communicated to the Management company would improve the experience but they really are minor
