A lovely layover in a beautiful city
Pros:

The room was very clean, so many little details, all necessities present, individually packed disinfected towels, a boiler with hot drinking water in the room, the bed - the mattress and the pillows were SO COMFORTABLE I am speechless, top 3 in my whole entire life. The hotel itself is situated in a historical street (?) I’d say, surrounded by beautiful Chinese traditional-style buildings (kind of like pagodas)

Cons:

I had a room on the ground floor, right beside the mini-pond and I had troubles closing the balcony door shut - I’m not really sure if the lock was working or not. That was a solo trip for me so it was a little unnerving. Orange juice at the breakfast buffet was the Yupi kind - a powdered drink dissolved with water, that’s not very good

Pros:

El personal sin ninguna duda!!!!! Lois nos ayudó y se preocupo por todo desde el principio. Es la mejor! Pero todo el personal increíble. La calle/zona del hotel es brutal. Volveré

Big, traffic, Panda, 🐼 and food, beautiful food.
Pros:

The location was great, within the local community, a short walk to coffee shops and traditional Chinese opera. We walked when we wanted too, didi when we needed. Tuk tucked when it was presented to us on our booked food tour.

Cons:

Nothing, our whole trip to China dispelled all the colonial image that we Have grown up with

Pros:

Great location and the breakfast was varied and delicious. The coffee machine wasn't working great the days we stayed but it was no problem because the staff were generous to help.

- The staff was so kind and helpful, specially Lois who help us book the taxis. She is wonderful.
- Breakfast is super good.
- Location is perfect, near the face changing theater and people’s park.
- the rooms and all in general was clean and perfect

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is outstanding

Cons:

Each time I entered the room and put the electricity card in the TV turned on and the curtains opened. That got a little annoying after a while.

Bardzo czysto i miło

Cons:

Drobny minusik za śniadania. Samo śniadanie było bardzo smaczne i różnorodne. Ale panie z obsługi przekrzykiwały się na całą salę
