A great experience which you don’t get in a standard hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a haven of views and scenery, a very relaxing atmosphere with the staff accommodating your needs great for a short stay from the crowded North Goa

Cons:

Road on the way up could do with a little tarmac

This place is an absolute treasure of a place. We've been all over the world, and the accommodation and restaurant is equal to the Maldives in traditional style with luxury facilities. It was the perfect place to unwind after our adventure across India.

Absolutely awful. Promoted as a relaxing escape and all I can say it was, was stressful and chaotic.
Pros:

The property in itself was lovely. Amazing views and spacious rooms.

Cons:

We encountered several issues on day 1. No running water, toilet does not flush. Then the shower flooded. Wifi did not work. Took over an hour to order breakfast as no one at the restaurant answered the phone, which they advertise as room service. Lack of privacy/security. People from the public were taking pictures outside of our room. People could also see our balcony from the restaurant. And it was very noisy as workers were constantly talking outside. Rooms were not cleaned either. The location is terrible as 30/40mins from anywhere. For nearly £200 a night this was just unacceptable. When we complained at checkout they offered us no compensation at all after nearly an hour of complaining. For someone who is a travel agent I found this absolutely appalling and have never come across such bad service in my entire career.

The location is awesome, and the ambience is fantastic.
Pros:

The ambience was superb.

Cons:

Construction was going on when we came, and the jacuzzi area was not so private. The workers could easily see what was going on inside, felt a little insecure.
And a wash basin at the room was much needed, since the washroom was downstairs.
Also the included breakfast was one dish per person, could have mentioned that earlier.

Little things tht matter much
Pros:

Room was fabulous, especially the jaccuzi
View was the best part

Cons:

Main halogen light should be shut in the night to observe the stars.
Little bit of a mosquito issue was observed by me, can be sorted with mosquito repellent spray and coils
