Fact that I needed to pay a 300eur warranty of which I was only paid back 298eur. There was some fungus in one of the corners, this should be properly cleaned. Also, for the price per night, a minimum would he to offer towels and not having to undo the beds myself, and not at a supplement...

Pros:

Excellent central location. Well equipped kitchen, including sharp knives, which is a rarity.
Very comfortable bed.

Cons:

A how to work the cooker hob manual / instructions would be useful.
A TV that works would be useful, or remove it completely. We have no interest in using internet TV services, but being unable to get even the local terrestrial stations was frustrating.

Nice location, well-equipped kitchen but not accessible for strollers and suitcases
Pros:

The location is nice to be in the middle of the town centre. The kitchen is well-equipped and all tools are clean.

Cons:

I would recommend having hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. And I don't like the carpets in the bedroom as they may not be that clean. You also need to walk a lot of steep stairs to go up. It is not convenient if you have a baby and suitcases. You need to pass through the restaurant to reach the apartment.

Pros:

Location, decorations, equipped with all necessary things. They informed that they do not provide towels, so we took ours from home.

Cons:

Can be noisy from the street, other guests using stairs or from the restaurant downstairs
