Ons verblijf in het apartment was goed (de tegenvallers zijn bedoeld als verbeterpunten).
Pros:

Personeel bij receptie bij ophalen van de digitale sleutels waren heel klantgericht en vriendelijk, ze hebben ons ook goed geholpen met het openbaar vervoer. Bij aankomst en vertrek van het huis werkt de digitale sleutel heel fijn en voelt veilig. De koelkast is goed. De televisie in de woonkamer is goed. De balkon in de slaapkamer en de grote ramen in de woonkamer die ook open konden, maken het heel comfortabel. Ook de dubbel glas, we hadden geen last van straatgeluiden of verkeer en konden prima slapen (appartement in 2e verdieping aan de Avenida Roma). Bij aankomst lag er in de keuken een doos vol suiker-, zout-, en pepper en thee zaakjes en (merk) koffie capsules. De koffiemachine werkt goed en maakt lekkere koffie. Ook kleine flesjes azijn en olijfolie, wasmiddel, keukendoek, etc, heel fijn. De vuilnisbakken zijn nieuw en schoon en openen met de voet, heel prettig en hygiënisch! De douche werkt heel goed, ook alle kranen. De emmer, dweil, bezem en stoffer en blik waren nieuw en stonden in het balkon, buiten het zicht. De föhn is nieuw. De fornuis werkt goed. De koffiekopjes en de waterglazen zijn nieuw en modern. Kamers, balkon, vloer overal, stof, keuken, kasten in slaapkamer en keukenkasten, koelkast en badkamer, alles was schoon bij binnenkomst.

Cons:

De matrassen hebben wat (kleine) vlekjes.
Aan de platform boven en rond de douche zijn wat zwarte sporen te zien, de verf begint eraf te komen.
De ventilatie in de badkamer maakte bij het aanzetten van het licht veel lawaai, alsof het verstopt zat, daarna ging het goed.
De vitroceramiek fornuis is aan een kant beschadigd (werkt wel goed).
Het uit- en inklappen van de slaapbank in de woonkamer ging niet makkelijk.

Devo dire che l’appartamento è molto comodo sia per i letti che per le funzionalità interne!!!

Cons:

Ad essere sincero sono rimasto un po’ deluso da varie cose in base al prezzo pagato e cioè:
Sia l’ingresso esterno dell’appartamento e sia all’interno presentava molte lacune! Penso dobbiate fare un po’ di manutenzione in più come la porta del bagno in basso il legno consumato. Poi prenoto e pago per 4 persone e trovo solo 2 paia di pantofole e una bottiglietta di sapone x 5 giorni!
