Mieszkanie na zdjęciach tak wyglądało pewnie 10 lat temu.Gdyby rzeczywistość była na nich uwieczniona nikt tego mieszkania z dziećmi by nie wynajął.Melina na imprezy zdewastowany przez czas i lata zużycia

거실에 소파베드침대를 설치해서 주방입구를 막아 출입이 불가능해 소파베드를 접으려고 하는데 망가져있었음. 숙소측에 연락해 다음날 수리하였으나 작업자들이 작업하고 청소를 하지 않고 담배를 피우고 꽁초를 치우지 않아 불쾌했음. 샤워 부스가 넘 좁고 샤워기 수전이 망가져 수리요청하였음. 숙소관리를 손님 받기전에 했으면 좋았을텐데.,,, 숙소비용도 다른도시 포르토, 리스본, 세비야, 론다, 말라가, 그라나다, 사라고사, 마드리드에서의 수박비 대비 높으나 시설은 떨어짐

They send daily messages reminding guests about checkout and insist that checkout is at 10:00, even though they advertise a checkout time of 11:00. I also requested early check-in at 3:00 pm and was told that check-in is strictly at 4:00 pm. However, when I arrived at 4:15 pm, the room was still being cleaned. Additionally, the shower head has a significant leak, which made showering quite poor and uncomfortable.

Perfetta posizione e quartiere tranquillo, senza schiamazzi e a due passi dal centro

Cons:

servirebbe maggiore manutenzione all'appartamento... Lavabi con scarico problematico, macchina del caffè non funzionante, lavastoviglie da revisionare. Insomma le potenzialità ci sono, ma vanno mantenute nel tempo e fatte le riparazioni quando necessarie.
