Poor customer service
Pros:

The rooms were very nice there

Cons:

When it was time to check out and to get my $100 deposit they refuse to give the deposit claiming that we did trashed the room but the room was perfect there's nothing wrong with it and they kept 80 of my $100

I'll look for another option that suits my needs because their advertising is full of lies.
Cons:

The rooms are not as they appear in the photos; the kitchen amenities are not in the room; you have to go to a room next to the office to use the microwave.They also lack updated facilities or outlets; I couldn't charge my phone and had to buy an outlet that would fit these old ones.I absolutely did not enjoy being here; if a refund were possible, that would be perfect.

The picture was misleading. I booked the room with the jacuzzi tub for $158 ((other hotels are around $77) but I paid extra for the jacuzzi so I could do something special for my women. The manager said I only paid for a regular room. He asked me for a $200 deposit. He had problems changing the room on the system. Then he gave us the room and I was supposed to get back $100 deposit (then he said let’s go 50/50 and gave me $50 back. So the room cost me $308. I could have gone to the Hilton or Sheraton hotel with a fitness center and swimming pools for that much.

Hopefully the office person doesn't see this review.... 😲 She scolded-yelled at everyone she spoke to including me. Yikes!
Also one of the non-smoking rooms was really horribly smokey.. my son stood in that one. I felt really bad but he did not want to tell the lady for fear that we would lose our rooms. The air conditioners did not work very well. Sheets were stained. Good thing I had brought my own pillow,sheet and blanket.

Even though I went through all of that... My room was better than a lot of others for the price... My son liked his too .. except the smokey room.
