Seriousness tht needs handled
Pros:

The older guy tht works at front desk ws very sweet,understandable and appropriate!

Cons:

The young man worker ws very inappropriate wanted to have sex for deposit because i didn't he charged me twice fr deposit and ws very unprofessional after tht and taunted me til I checked out!!!
Second they have roaches and bedbugs and there air conditioning does not work in alot of rooms nor does refrigerators.
Also when I was there a man got shot to death,they got Alot going on there!!and they would not refund cause I ordered it thru t his app!!

Pros:

I like that they have a laundry room with at least one washer and dryer working unlike the last hotel I stayed at.

Cons:

I didn't like that only the 3rd floor soda machine worked because with only that one is working they would run out of soda
quick because everyone is using that machine and I also don't like that the vending machine doesn't work in the laundry room.

Customer service superb. The gentlemen both very courteous and very friendly. Great location. Great rooms. Large comfortable clean well kept hotel. Recommend this hotel
