Pros:

Cons:

SCAM
Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

EVERYTHING. I was not provided the correct room (booked King room with Mountain view (best) but given Superior Double (worst)). I asked the property for refund as I stayed only one night, but its been 10 days. Phone not contactable. Call Booking hotline so many times but still the same.

Disappointing
Cons:

It wasn’t up to standard. Window was banging all night, baby screaming. Loud noise from vehicles passing. We told them we would stay 1 night but would like for them to refund us for the rest of our stay since we wanted to look for better accommodation. They lied and said that they’ve turned customers away for us (the whole building was empty btw) the only way they would compensate us is if booking.com agreed. We’ve contacted customer services and they told us that it’s not up to them. We went back and forth the entire Xmas. We were so unhappy with the facilities and the staff. We dropped everything and left around 5pm. Day wasted!!Never again!!!

Pros:
