It was fyn, other than the facts that they don't have a company stamp
Pros:

The information provided on the app is not what we got. On the app they say the room is having two beds, which is not true. When we got there was only one bed

the room is spacious and clean. the network is great, and we could watch Netflix.

Cons:

The room advert on booking.com mentioned 2 beds and we only got 1. my daughter was not happy as she had to sleep on the couch. the parking space is inconvenient. we had to wake up another guest in the morning, so we can get out. that got me late to work as he took his time and was very angry to wake up early. the lady who was helping us, had communication barrier as she seemed not to hear English clearly. she was also not friendly and seem bored most of the time we request something. honestly, I won't use the place again.

we buzzed and hooted no one was responding, until some nigerian guy came and called the lady to come and open for us. The number on the app only rings no response. The geyser doesn't work

The host doesn't communicate with you.i made a booking on Saturday for Sunday.. I waited for her to reach out..around 12 i sent her a text she didn't reply🫤around 2 I decided to call she didn't pick up then she sent me a text.it was me who asked her about the check in process of which she told me that I will find someone and I did..overall I am not satisfied with her communication...the place is nice..another thing there was no milk to drink coffee,no teaspoons only forks and knives some of the tiles in the shower are out 🤔Otherwise I thought it was a scam as she wasn't saying anything to me
