Un lugar mágico en la costa de Ecuador
Pros:

La playa es maravillosa. Definitivamente un lugar mágico con naturaleza y grandes paisajes.

Cons:

En general el hotel es muy lindo, la arquitectura y el diseño de lo protegido es genial.

Pero las instalaciones de la habitación, son decepcionantes para su alto costo. El colchón muy incómodo, la colcha no es para nada de un hotel de este nivel, ni qué decir la poca presión de agua, tuve que bañarme con un chorrito porque la ducha no daba más. Además había una fuga de agua por el escusado, notificamos al servicio y lo secaron, pero volvió a salir, así que nos tocó vivir con ellos durante la estancia.

El menú del restaurante era limitado y el desayuno no es para nada bueno.

El servicio a la playa nos hizo esperar 45 minutos para entregar una cerveza.

Siempre pedían disculpas, el personal muy atento, pero estos detalles ya se escapaban de sus manos.

Perfect place for a peaceful break.
Pros:

This was our second stay and hopefully not last - it’s a lovely boutique resort set on the ocean that offered a peaceful and tranquil break. The food is also delicious and the staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We didn’t cook much but the kitchen utensils could probably use a restock-but this didn’t impact our stay.
