Parfaite localisation !!
Pros:

L’emplacement est incroyable !
Proche de la mer et du shouk hacarmel…
Beaucoup de visites peuvent se faire à pied ou en bus… pas besoin d’avoir une voiture.
Literie très confortable
Accès sans clé très facile et surtout très utile pour une famille avec des activités et horaires différents.
Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient bons et il est à l’écoute

Cons:

L’appartement mériterait d’être un peu mieux entretenu (tartre dans la salle de bain par exemple).

Localizacao top. Ficamos na penthouse que tinha varandas muito agradaveis. O apartamento no geral tem boas dimensoes. Vale a pena!
