Never book Fab hotels...Even it's free!!
Cons:

Don't go with any fab hotels.. pathetic service to handle customers.
First they booked my hotel then during my journey hours they changed the hotel saying some issue at my selected hotel. After reaching to their new booked hotel, the staff says no booking available and rooms are full.
Very bad experience..!! When I saw Google reviews for fab hotels.there were complaints in all.!!

The absolute worst experience of a lifetime staying at this hotel
Pros:

The kitchen was nothing short of repugnant, and the food served was disgraceful — stale, tasteless, and, frankly, seemed unsafe to consume.

Cons:

Closing the hotel will be better for the public.

Cons:

Everything. Not hygienic, no facilities, no value for money, lizards were there, bathroom water was leaking and flooded all over the room, bed was just a some plastic stuff which was very uncomfortable to sleep. We had paid for super deluxe room but got some small room. I can just go on with so complaints anyways they should renovate their hotel. There was not even drinking water no hot water to take bath. We just survived for week

Pros:

Our quadruple (for 4 members) was on 2nd floor and the property does not have any lift. Beds and bathroom was ok but the furniture in the room looked shabby and we had to request the staff to clean it up. We had to ask for the toiletries, water bottles etc. Everything was provided after we asked for it. Room had no view but we could go to terrace. There was no provision to prepare tea/ coffee in the room but the staff provided coffee after we requested.
Only advantage is that there are lot op veg only restaurants near. The place is at walking distance from the beach and is quite near to market. Overall Candolim beach has very costly stay options and you may have to compromise if you book cheaper ones

Cons:

Clumsy surroundings, unclean furniture, no provision of an electric kettle for making tea/coffee. Might be difficult for people with special needs as the stairs are high and steep and there is no provision of elevator.
