Great experience
Pros:

Staff very friendly, hotel was clean and food was tasty with lots of options.

Pros:

A lot of offer and great service.

Cons:

Not so much disliking but more what wasn't really good. The room was a slightly "tired" and the the shower needed better maintenance.
Having said that, the room was really comfortable.

Pros:

The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. They are always there to help you in any way they possibly can.
The resort is clean and well maintained.
The food is delicious and a beautiful spread with all you can eat and drink at every hour of the day or night.
Just Incredible.

Lot's of activities for the kids to keep them busy so they can enjoy and you can enjoy aswell.

Don't forget to check out the beach area of the Numa Club. You would be surprised.

Cons:

I thought the room lighting was a bit low for my liking but then I was corrected by my wife that who needs to stay in the room when you have so much going on. Only come to the room to sleep.

I did read a review that bathroom is small. Well what do you want? A bed in there?

Pros:

Die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich super. Das Meer ist 5min zu Fuß - es gibt aber auch einen Free Shuttle vom Hotel bis zum Strand was wirklich toll war. Das Essen war wirklich gut, es gab von allem etwas - uns hat an nichts gefehlt! TOP TOP TOP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pros:

Everything was very good. The room, the meal, the beach.

Cons:

When we arrived, at the reception they told us that although we payed for two rooms in advance, they can give us only one. Half an hour later when we clarified that we want the two rooms they gave us them. I don't like it when they don't want to give me what I booked and paid for. Otherwise we had a great time.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a very good experience at this hotel and we would definitely go back again. The hotel is big, well-organised, and the service is genuinely lovely. The location is convenient, with a shuttle to the beach, a beach restaurant, and a private beach area.
It’s also great for kids, offering a kinder-disco, kids club, big playground, and plenty of activities to keep them entertained.

Overall, for the price you pay, the hotel offers very good value, especially for families.

Cons:

- Food has a big variety, but the quality isn’t amazing
- Only two lifts, which can cause waiting times
- Indoor pool water is quite cold
- Bedrooms are a bit old, but still comfortable
- There isn’t much around the hotel — mostly other hotels in the area

Hotel ist zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber.
Küchen Personal ist super. Essen ist sehr sehr schmackhaft und immer warm.
Cocktails sind sehr lecker.
Kellner sehr zuvorkommend.

Pool leider sehr kalt im
November erst an meiner Abreise wurde ein Pool beheizt.

Cons:

Die Animation.
Mini Club Animation ist wirklich super. Munire und Asli sind super nett und machen tolle Dinge mit den Kindern.
Die restliche Animation ist sehr schlecht. Sehr unmotiviert und wissen nicht wie man mit Gästen umgeht bzw. spricht.
Schade das Caner nicht mehr da ist. Er hat alles so toll gemacht. Super Shows usw. Tolle Yoga Programme. Holt ihn wieder zurück.
