It was a great stay.
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful and accommodative, I recollect the name of Sopan who was very good in customer management. Also the car staff Pappudas and Shafi were extremely good guides and supportive to my requirements. The hotel staff serving food were very helpful, i recollect the name Shiva who was very supportive. The systems built in the hotel for the room access, lift access etc. are excellent. Also the TV had all the channels so watching your favorite regional channels in spite of being in another region was a plesent experience.

Cons:

Breakfast could have much better options in nonveg section specifically. Food taste in the hotel could have been better to give much better linguistic delight to an Indian palate.
