Cons:

The rooms were not clean as expected. I just found some used sugar sachets under the phone. Plus the ventilation of smoking rooms are not up to the mark. While I checked in first day the smoke smell was very strong. While we mention 2 guests the room should be provided with 2 towels only one was given

One of the weirdest and most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at a hotel happened during a 1 day work stay. I checked in around 3 pm, left my luggage in the room, and stepped out for work. When I returned around 7 pm, I noticed a plate of fruits on the table and was unsure if it had already been there when I checked in. I went to the reception to confirm and was told that hotel staff had entered my room after I left to place the fruits. They also mentioned that they knocked and called me, and since there was no response, they went ahead and entered the room.

This explanation made no sense to me. What if I had been sleeping or showering? I was also told that this was the first time any guest had raised an issue about such a situation, which only added to my discomfort.

The entire experience was unsettling, especially as I was traveling alone, and it left me constantly thinking about what could have gone wrong. without my permission or knowledge.
