We had a wonderful stay at Omart Hotel. The room was beautifully decorated, with tasteful paintings that added a warm and elegant touch. The bedroom was spacious, featuring a very comfortable bed and well-chosen furniture, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a generous and varied spread. What truly stood out was the hospitality—the host, Tamar, was extremely welcoming and went out of their way to help us settle in, even though we checked in quite late. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

I originally booked this place last-minute because I had scheduled my hotel dates wrong, and with New Year's holiday, my original hotel was fully booked. So I ended up booking this place instead.

The host is super nice 🥹 So welcoming and thoughtful—I truly felt like a friend, not just a guest. And the breakfast… WOW! was incredibly generous and delicious, the jam is even made by themselves!

The entire 🏠 is covered in paintings, and I had no idea they were all done by the host's father himself. It really felt like staying in a warm, loving home.

It’s such a pity we only booked for one night—if I ever have the chance to come back to Georgia, I will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

I would like to thank the team of Omart Hotel - Gallery and personally Tamara for a lovely New Year accommodation in Tbilisi. Despite late arrival on New Year’s Eve, Tamara offered us a nice dinner. The room was spacious and cozy. Although the balcony didn’t give a view, there was a fascinating and romantic observation point on the rooftop, so we could watch the fireworks launched all around the centre of the city! The abundant breakfast kept us charged for the exploration of Tbilisi. We were also kindly allowed to check out a little bit later :-)
Noteworthy, the hotel interior design is dedicated to famous artist Omar Kachkachisvili, Tamara’s father, and the lobby is decorated with his fantastic paintings!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to take a rest and enjoy the Georgian hospitality!

Als ik weer in Tbilisi kom, ga ik terug naar dit hotel.

Прекрасный семейный отель в самом центре Тбилиси - до всех достопримечательностей очень близко (10-15 минут), везде ходили пешком, при этом очень тихий район в стороне от шума магистралей. Отель скорее похож на картинную галерею с изысканными, стильно оформленными номерами, где все не только красиво, но и продумано до мелочей. В номере очень тихо, спали с открытыми окнами. Великолепные разнообразные завтраки, которые готовит хозяйка отеля Тамара: домашние оладушки и блинчики с джемом и сметаной, омлет, хачапури, салаты - всегда всё свежее и очень вкусное. У нас перенесли время вылета, Тамара пошла навстречу и разрешила задержаться в номере до вечера. Но самое главное - это потрясающая атмосфера тепла, уюта и заботы! Уехали с ощущением, что провели несколько дней в гостях у семьи художника - отель совсем небольшой (всего 6 номеров) и по-настоящему семейный, в нем работают несколько поколений интеллигентнейшей семьи, а в самом доме действительно в прошлом располагалась мастерская художника.

Lokalita je skvělá. Pokoj byl velký, snídaně dobrá. V pokoji bylo ticho, velmi dobrá izolace. Dokonce příteli udělali k narozeninám kus dortu, mockrát děkujeme. Parkovat lze na ulici zdarma.

I liked everything, can’t imagine what can be improved. It is a small house run by family, adorable Neli and Tamara, thank you for such a warm welcome and especially for incredible breakfast❤️
The room itself is big and comfortable, we had 1 king bed (super nice pillows and mattress) and sofa for kid, also enough space to keep 2 big suitcases open for the whole trip. The hotel is 10-12 min from old city and it is a nice up and down walk, very easy. Definitely recommend and come back!

Tamar and the other hosts of the hotel were so lovely and kind. They helped us with everything we needed, including checking in at 4AM and providing us with a fantastic breakfast! Also, the artworks and the rooms themselves are gorgeous, and I recommend seeing the rooftop view of Tbilisi!

Очень редко оставляем отзывы, только когда действительно нравится. Мы гостили в этом отеле 7 ночей и ни разу не пожалели об этом! Нас было шесть человек, три семейные пары и всем очень понравилось наше пребывание в этой прекрасной стране, и в этом отеле. Номера хорошие, большие, есть всё, вся сантехника работает отлично, уборка в номерах каждый день. Отель находится немного на возвышенности, но для нас это не было чем-то неудобным, хотя мы не молодые. Локация отеля отличная, находится в старом городе, поэтому все достопримечательности в пешей доступности, особенно серные бани. Отдельно хочется выразить огромную благодарность за чудесные завтраки прекрасной хозяйке Тамаре! Мы этот отель и сняли изначально) по отзывам о Тамаре), и не ошиблись. Завтраки просто шикарные, всё домашнее, свежее, каждое утро свежесваренный кофе, чего только не подает на завтрак замечательная Тамара и как человек она просто прекрасная девушка! Если кто будет в Тбилиси мы однозначно будем рекомендовать этот отель! Надеемся вернуться в этот город и в этот отель уже с детьми! Спасибо большое Тамаре, ее маме и дочкам, которые сделали наш отдых прекрасным!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Omart Hotel! Tamar die Betreiberin des Hotels war freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat mir sogar angeboten mir bei der weiteren Organisation meiner Reise zu helfen. Das Frühstück war auch unglaublich gut. Es hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich auf meiner Reise noch ein zweites Mal hergekommen bin. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
