Very bad experience in my whole life till now.
Pros:

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the following issues:

1. The hotel staff appeared to be intoxicated and behaved in a very unprofessional manner.

2. The room conditions were unacceptable:
The bed cover, pillow cover, and blanket cover were dirty.
The bed itself was broken.
The sofa was extremely dirty and uncomfortable to sit on.

3. The bathroom was in terrible condition:
It was not clean.
The water heater was disconnected and not working.

4. The air conditioning was not functional.

5. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels were not provided.

6. Food service was not as promised:
No dinner was available at night.
Breakfast, which was included in my booking, was not provided.

This overall experience was extremely unpleasant.

Important for all
Pros:

Room was spacious, balcony was good..big size. Food was tasty

Cons:

It was not clean, cockroaches were there. The bed sheet was dirty. Only 3 people I think are only managing the entire premises. Food was good by one man army..he's a cook, he's serving, taking orders, picking utensils...therefore it was really time consuming to deliver the order. Lights and AC in another room were not working where 3 members of my family were staying. In the morning light went off so no hot water was available as they don't have any other arrangement they even don't have UPS OR GENERATOR to light the rooms. When we checked in there was no water on any tap or flush.

Overall the only thing i can say is its budget hotel, affordable price, near highway but bit interior where nobody can guess it's there.

For booking.com : One more thing i would like to inform, they charge more than the price it was reflecting in the app as in their system it was reflecting more which was I think 500-600 bugs more. That's not fair. Kindly update the price properly so that neither us nor the service provider shall have any confusion.
