Hidden gem, convenient and welcoming hotel in the heart of the Zhangjiajie scenic areas
Pros:

We loved staying here. Modern, well-designed rooms adjacent to a gallery. Staff were so helpful, really made an effort to ensure we enjoyed the area. They sat down with us on the first morning to take us through the best way to navigate the forest parks. Most don’t speak much English but communication is easy through phone apps. We arrived late on the first day on the through train from Shanghai, the staff recommended we visit the nearby tourist attraction of 72 QiLou for dinner. We were a bit tired so they happily made us a meal to have in our room instead. The rooms are really comfortable with thoughtful design features that set them apart from standard hotels. We got a tour of the gallery before we left, the works use a novel mix of sand and stone and some are available to buy. We arranged pick up and drop off which is a great option as the geolocation for the hotel using this name is not correct.

Cons:

Breakfast options were a bit limited due to a misunderstanding on my part when I was asked what we wanted. And had to use YanYuJian Art B&B destination on Didi, took a few minutes to sort that out but was fine after first time

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, nos ayudaron mucho.

Cons:

Nos costó encontrarlo porque el nombre que tiene en Booking no es el real, se debe buscar por Yan Yu Jian Art hotel. Además, Google Maps lo ubica en la estación de tren cercana.

Fantastische service
Pros:

Personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam! We kregen een eigen transfer naar het treinstation en ontbijt op de kamer vroeg in de ochtend. Erg dankbaar voor alle service!

Tornerei volentieri a Zhangjiajie solo per la sua gentilezza
Pros:

La struttura è molto moderna, ma il vero valore aggiunto di questo hotel è la ragazza che lo gestisce, super accogliente e premurosa, perfetta, sempre lei ha organizzato tutto ciò che c’era da fare a Zhangjiajie in maniera impeccabile. Perfetta!

Out of all my stays so far in China (which are many) this has been my best experience!
Pros:

If I could give an 11/10 for the staff I would. I was very confused as to how to get from Zhangjiajie West train station to the hotel. Two staff members came to pick me up. They also arranged an early check in, and helped me book a taxi to Wulingyuan and another one back to the station the next day. The room was beautiful and clean and the hotel was just a 20 minute drive away from Wulingyuan which is a cheap taxi trip.

Cons:

Nothing!
