quiet and clean - met my needs for the my short stay in the area.
Pros:

Angelo was very helpful and communicative and made the check in and arrival process very easy. The whole house and room were spotless and there was everything I needed. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. I didn't spend much time relaxing in the house but it's a very comfortable place to be if you just want some peace and quiet. It is a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons:

You would need to have a particular reason to be in this part of town (which I did) - if you were a tourist wanting to be by a swimming beach or near restaurants and shops then it's not the place for you unless you have a car or want to get around by Uber.
