I am not satisfied, Housekeeping services, also not good

I did not like anything in this hotel.Breakfast was not good Idlis were sour lady staff was in attentive very rude no cutteries and water bottles kept multiple times. I asked for bread, omelette and masala Dosa, but which was not given to me three times, I went on the Live counter to ask for the same, and the attendance were very poor. She was not responsible and ignoring and just moving from here and there.

Cons:

Breakfast was not up to the mark, not much variety was given. In fact, the juices were completely finished before the breakfast had been done by the client and insisted to get the pineapple juice which was not being given to me by saying that it will come after 11 o’clock, and also the variety in food was not quality given very poor facility and food was in fact, the Tea was also very poor quality. Butter was of lower great quality fruits, where only two watermelon and papaya. Very very poor breakfast and the staff except Mr Neeraj, who was very helpful. reception people were unresponsive multiple times. We have to call kept on calling for getting the services which was not getting on time and it was delayed by the Housekeeping people also, in spite of telling multiple times we were not getting anything on time.

No proactive cleanliness and customer focus. Property had mosquitoes, tables were not cleaned and everytime we had to wait for 5-10minutes and repeatedly ask someone to clean the tables.

While i forgot some items, despite calling them and emailing them they are not bothered to send while I was willing to pay for the courier.

Property is at prime location, getting to Calangute beach takes 10-15 mins walking, the entire staff is very polite and always helpful, the property is spread across a huge area, and has all the modern amenities for a perfect relaxing time, the restaurant is top notch

Pathetic stay and Experience. Property needs refurbishment across all areas of the hotel.
Pros:

Nothing was worth talking about in the property.

Cons:

1. Broken fixtures in room like Main door, Bathroom door, locks, windows and so on.
2. Not clean corridors (rooms service used food trays lying around for more than 12hrs), inviting pests.
3. Cockroach found running around in toaster and people got scared and dropped their things down out of fear.
4. Already Credit Card was swiped by Booking.com and the hotel also took the payment in advance while checking in.
5. Very minimal staff in a too much crowded morning breakfast restaurant area. We have to literally search for the staff to clean the table or ask for refill of the breakfast menu.
6. Access road to the hotel is pathetic and hotel should have developed the nearby private roads.
7. Many other things to highlight and I regret the pathetic stay and experience.
