Some sheets had stains but they promptly changed it once the issue was raised.

It's my first time stay in Goa and I liked it.
Pros:

Rooms are average, Breakfast and Dinner excellent and thanks to management and staff for their work ☺️

Good and satisfying
Pros:

Economical and clean stay, staff provides the required facilities. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Booking.com while booking gave confirmed offers with respect to pints of beer, BOGO on buffet and laundry but the same offers were not reflected in the hotels booking.

Overall good, property was big, food was nice. Pool was big and clean. The property is huge and has good parking.

Cons:

Room bathrooms were not maintained, they need maintenance. We stayed for 5 nights but the bed sheets were not changed on 3rd day(which usually every 4* or 5* property does). Breakfast items are limited. The property is inside not at the main road and the beach is around 20-25 mins walk from the hotel.

Pathetic experience! Will never choose this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing! Location is very bad. Deep inside a narrow dark road.

Cons:

Staff was never responsive, poor management during morning rush hours, bar counter staff was rude, no vallet facility, rooms are very small

Rooms good for couples. Facilities & behaviour of staff good. Location is also good. Welcome drink was amazing plus 2 pint of free beer.

Cons:

Shower did clogged. Few continental breakfast options. Checkin time was slow. One Pillow case was a bit dirty.

The queen bed provided consists of two single beds pushed together. The gap in the middle is making the bed uncomfortable for our child.
