Amazing hotel with great swimming pool and beautiful garden.
Pros:

Our stay at Saga Hotel was amazing. Very nice swimming pool, comfortable rooms and bathrooms and great location.

Cons:

We had a superior suite room and the sofa bed was a bit small for our daughter of 10 years old.

Pros:

The reception staff, the room service, the bar staff and the breakfast, everything was amazing. Even the location is not far from the old quarter and it is easy to get a taxi to get to the old quarter

This hotel was pleasant and good value for families.
Pros:

The staff at front desk were exceptionally helpful. The room was fine and breakfast well presented. The gym was very good and the price point good value.

Cons:

The pool area was busy, and not enough room around the hotel to sit or relax. No real shade. It was busy with kids. This hotel would suit families more than couples or single people. The location not ideal as long way from both beach and town, but it did have a shuttle which many used.

Great room, helpful staff, pool area too small
Pros:

Great room, friendly staff

Cons:

Terrible pool facilities, you simply couldn’t sit by the pool unless you rolled out your towel at 8am. We had to buy a day pass for another local hotel.

Great stay - would recommend!
Pros:

Great stay, lovely rooms and bathrooms. Pool was also great to escape the heat! Lovely location to get away from the busyness of the old town but still very close (less than 5mins in a grab)!

Beautiful hotel with awesome staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. We got the suite room and it was very spacious and really well layed out with a great separate sitting area and a balcony overlooking the pool.

Cons:

There were screaming kids in the pool which the hotel is addressing by adding dedicated quiet hours and whilst there were not enough loungers they are currently adding some more.

Skønt hotel med dejlig atmosfære

Vi nød vores dage på hotellet. Værelset var stort og lækkert, fuldstændig som på billederne. Dejlig atmosfære og sødt personale. Morgenmaden var overdådig og velsmagende. Dejligst poolområde.

Cons:

Vejen ind til den gamle bydel var ikke så hyggelig at gå, så vi endte med at tage Grab frem og tilbage. Der mangler plads ved poolen. Poolområdet burde renoveres, så der blev gjort plads til flere liggestole.

Eine wunderbare Oase in Hoi An. Wir haben hier 5 Nächte verbracht und fühlten uns unglaublich wohl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Pool schön, das Frühstück toll und die Lage war für uns genau richtig...... zwischen Strand und Altstadt, konnte man beides gut erreichen, mit dem Shuttle vom Hotel oder den Fahrrädern oder zur Altstadt auch einfach zu Fuß.

Perfect hotel that you should not overlook.
Pros:

This is a gem of a hotel less than 2 km from the old town. (Easily accessible with the hotel shuttle or using a Grab). The staff were extremely friendly and so helpful in every way (thanks to Huong). The facilities were excellent the pool was just Devine and let’s not forget to mention what an array of food is on offer for breakfast.
I would certainly return to The Saga Hotel if I ever returned to Hoi An

Cons:

Like a lot of hotels these days people reserve pool loungers 2-3 hours before they actually start to use them.
