Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Giang ( hope that is correct spelling) she was so friendly and gave us so.much information on everything, our 2 bights here were exceptional, our room was spotlessly clean , view of pool was beautiful and lots of food, massage places bear by. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes, modernes Hotel.
Zimmer waren sehr sauber und großzügig. Fußweg zur Altstadt ca 25 Minuten. Es gibt ein kostenloses Shuttle in die Altstadt und zum Strand, ebenso stehen kostenlose Leiheräder (auch mit Kindersitz) zur Verfügung. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Cafés, Kiosk usw. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen (vietnamesisch, westlich, asiatisch, frisches Obst & Salat)
Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und super hilfsbereit in allen Belangen.
Wir haben (als Paar) den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Fast perfekter Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern
Pros:

Super Pool(Salzwasser), tolle Größe der Anlage (nicht zu groß) Bestes Frühstücksangebot das wir hatten, super Küche allgemein. Überwiegend freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.Fahrradverleih. Minibar. Nähe zur Altstadt. Organisation von Rollern bis vor die Haustüre durch das Personal.

Cons:

Teilweise Ausstrahlung des Personals, hier und da schwierig ein Lächeln zu ergattern 🤷🏼‍♂️
Ärgerlich das der 6. Geburtstag unserer Tochter vergessen wurde und die mehrfach bestätigten Vereinbarungen nicht eingehalten wurden (vor Anreise per Mail, vor Ort am Abend davor…. die Tischreservierung, Blumen ect. hat leider nicht funktioniert) wahrscheinlich unglücklich verlaufen und das Team hat sich im Nachhinein erkenntlich gezeigt ect … das war auch sehr nett!
Aber dennoch enttäuschend und ein recht holpriger Start in den Tag… hatten uns da mehr erhofft🤷🏼‍♂️. Gym und Kinderbereich brauchen definitiv Pflege /Austausch von Equipment!

Wish we had more time here, it was by far the best place we’ve stayed in Vietnam so far on our trip.
Pros:

Beautiful facilities, lovely saltwater pool, felt like a mini resort. The service was outstanding, very helpful and kind staff.

The first room we stayed in on the first floor with balcony and a Pool view was really nice and big , we got a free Upgrade for that.
The second room on the 5th floor was a bit small , ok bit not for a longer stay.
