Prima maar niet helemaal ons ding
Pros:

Personeel is zo behulpzaam en heeft ons geholpen met excursies (coconut village en met een golfkarretje het platteland op) en transfer naar een ander hotel. De kamer was een dikke prima al zou het fijner zijn als je iets meer privacy hebt op de balkons. De trap loopt er naast. De gym was ook fijn. Ontbijt ook prima, maar niet het beste wat we ooit hebben gehad in Vietnam. Je kan zelf cappuccino zetten, maar verwacht geen Salted coffee bijvoorbeeld. Fruit vond ik wat matig, bijna nooit mango en veel harde stukjes eraan. De beachclub was heerlijk, had achteraf echt aan het strand willen zitten.

Cons:

Het zwembad vonden we nogal klein met nauwelijks ligbedden. Dat zou voor ons de reden zijn om dit hotel niet meer te boeken. We zijn meer van de grote hotels en resorts. Wat ook heel irritant was, dat er nauwelijks een grab te boeken viel doordat de afstand te kort was. In Hoi An is dit echt problematisch. Chauffeurs cancelen telkens de rit hierdoor. Ik zou dus om deze reden verder weg gaan zitten.

מי שיקח חדר בקומה השניה הולך לסבול מ6 וחצי בבוקר מרעש חריקת וגרירת כיסאות בחדר האוכל מלמעטה...לצערי היינו בקומה השניה.והצוות נורא ניסה לעזור לנו אך אי אפשר היה להחליף חדר כי המלון היה מלא.אם אתם באים לא לקחת חדר בקומה שניה זה ממש רועש.

Excellent service from hotel staff and amazing breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is quite big and was fully booked whilst we were there, but staff were very professional and made sure to assist us in any way they could and to remember who we were, which was impressive. The hotel is very nice and our rooms were well equipped, clean and spacious. One of our rooms was on the 1st floor facing a busy road and traffic noise and music from the reception (which was just below the room) and despite the ear plugs provided by the hotel, the noise coming from the road in particular was intrusive. They were not able to allocate us a different room on the first day, but we were moved on our second day to a room on the 5th floor so away from reception and the traffic noise was much reduced at this height. I really appreciate the care they took to apologise for the noise and they provided us with a fresh fruit platter in our new room and when we checked out they gave us a couple of lanterns as a way of apology too. I think this was very thoughtful and we appreciated how they managed our request to be moved. The breakfast is extensive, there is almost anything you could wish for, wonderful cold and hot Vietnamese dishes, pastries, egg, cereal, bread, fruit and yogurt. The pool is nice and well used by families staying in the hotel. The hotel also has a bar with a pool table and table football which was a nice space to spend an hour. A very nice hotel with excellent staff and an amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel provides a shuttle to a private beach club 15min drive away, but when we arrived were told that there we no chairs left on the beach (the earliest you can get there by hotel shuttle bus is 11.20am) and if we wanted a bed/chair area by the pool that the minimum spend on food and drink was 1million VND. That is by Vietnamese standards a lot. We stayed and spent the required million VND, but in hindsight not sure that this was worth it.

Hoi An is the most touristy place we visited in Vietnam and at times this detracted from our enjoyment as you feel hassled from street vendors and restaurant staff and prices were significantly higher in Hoi An than other places in Vietnam as a result. Be ready for huge crowds of tourists in the Old Town.

Jeg vil bestemt anbefale det til alle, som trænger til et roligt hotel lidt udenfor den gamle bydel :)
Pros:

Personalet var rigtig søde, dejligt sted lidt udenfor virvaret inde i den gamle bydel, dejligt med pool og nemt med mad og drinks på hotellet :)

Cons:

Der var meget crouded ved poolen… der var meget få liggestole og ikke meget mulighed for at ligge andre steder.

Beautiful new hotel with thoughtful service
Pros:

Room was a good size, facilities were clean, new, and luxe, and staff kindly provided us with a free upgrade, free breakfast, and credit towards laundry and food! They even have shuttle buses to A Bang Beach where they have free beds at a beach club and shuttle buses to Old Town.

A wow hotel, a real Vietnam jewel and we loved every minute of our stay
Pros:

The hotel was clean, well organised and decorated stylishly. What stood out for us was the exceptional service excellence from every staff member - best we have ever experienced in our travels.

Cons:

Very minor was not enough sun beds but that was very minor

C’était cool mais pas pour rester très longtemps

Pros:

Het ontbijt was heerlijk! Het hotel zit er erg schoon en nieuw uit. Het zwembad is heerlijk! En er is happy hour op cocktails en bier. De kamers zijn groot en erg schoon! We zouden hier zeker terug komen!
