Perfect
Pros:

Gorgeous property. The room and pool area are both clean and nice, and we used the gym and free bike rentals quite a few times. The breakfast selection is very good too. The staff are so attentive and helpful, remembering your names and helping to organise everything. We even got a room upgrade, couldn’t recommend more.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The staff were happy, attentive to every detail and all went out of their way to ensure that everything was perfect for us. The shuttle service worked a treat and I received WhatsApp messages informing me of the number plate of vehicle that was doing the shuttle. The swimming pool was a very good size and a welcome relief after a day sightseeing. We really couldn’t fault the Saga hotel and if we’re able to return to Hoi An we will definitely stay here again.

Schönes Hotel wir können dieses weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten sogar früher einchecken. Die Minibar (Wasser, Cola, Chips) war kostenlos und wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Es gab einen richtigen Föhn ;) Außerdem hatten wir einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und ein schönes, großes Bett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und komfortabel. Besonders toll: Der Fahrradverleih war kostenlos. Frühstück war sehr umfangreich

Cons:

Es kann etwas hellhörig sein – morgens hört man schon mal die Kinder auf dem Flur, wenn die Eltern da nicht einlenken ;) Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.
Die Liegen am Pool sind begrenzt, allerdings war es bei uns nie voll – oder wir hatten einfach Glück.

Endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment, tout en étant proche du cœur de la ville

Emplacement idéal car un peu à l écart du flot de touristes mais mise à disposition de vélo
Piscine très agréable et choix important pour le petit déjeuner

In 2 weeks in Vietnam, it has been the best hotel so far. Very good room design, super comfortable bed, very clean room, super breakfast buffet, delicious kitchen, clean pool and very kind and fast hotel staff. All is perfect.

BEST Hotel in HOIAN 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Pros:

10 out of 10 to the Saga Hotel!
Truly wonderful staff. The reception staff and Tin made sure our stay was the best possible.
The breakfasts are amazing. Thank you to the chef who always made sure we were looked after.
The rooms are spacious and incredibly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the minibar was restocked daily with free treats.
I don’t know what else there is to say!
We LOVED our stay at the Saga and will return soon! Thank you
