Fijn hotel.
Pros:

Het personeel was zo vriendelijk. Een fijn hotel voor een paar nachten. Super goed ontbijt, lunch of diner. Klein zwembadje om smiddags even te liggen. Op loopafstand van het centrum.

Everything was great except for one thing: people would reserve sun loungers by leaving their towels on them and then disappear for hours. As a result, many loungers remained empty, but no one else could use them.

The pool and rooms are lovely. Good location. Breakfast had lots of variety.

Cons:

Staff need a lot more training in customer service. Felt very inpersonal. They advertise a kids club. There wasn’t one. Which is the reason we booked. So that was disappointing.

Pros:

All of it was wonderful. The staff, the facilities, the boutique feel of the hotel. We were well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and even organized a free transfer for our group of 13 to our next accommodation. Absolute rock stars.

Met high expectations
Pros:

Attention to detail from the staff who are helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, good air-conditioning, decent shower pressure. Cleaned daily and relatively promptly. Good breakfast which rotated enough.

Amenities, complementary services and discounts for add-ons are appreciated.

Cons:

Really nitpicking, but the transport to the beach were not great in timing. No door on the shower stall meant bathroom could get wet.
