La atención en la recepción, la decoración de la habitación con motivo de mi cumpleaños, las flores, los chocolates, la sangría y la tarjeta de cumpleaños de parte del hotel.

They were having hot water issues and probably k we about it when we checked in. We should have been given that I formation. I do not like cold showers and the choice was cold or colder.
