The urgency of staff and cleanliness.

Our experience fell far short of our expectations.
Pros:

It's a beautiful location and the hotel has potential to be lovely. Great kids entertainment.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. Our room was never serviced during our stay, which is not what one expects from a hotel. On Sunday morning staff were working directly outside our room, leaving us with no privacy and forcing us to keep the curtains closed. The bar area was consistently in a filthy state, and it was difficult to find staff to assist at any time. I raised these concerns with management, but five days later I have still not received even a simple acknowledgement.

Tout est magnifique !

Rien, c’était parfait et pour faire le safari Aquila, c’est très pratique car juste à côté, et possibilité de transport jusqu’au safari Aquila :)

Pros:

There are lot of activities that you could do at this place. Quite large area, 2 pools and multiple activities to do.

Cons:

We stayed in mountain View room. Its not at all noise proof, you can even hear the whispering from neighbouring rooms. One of the couples next door was fighting the whole night and slamming doors. It made our stay miserable.
