Está a una cuadra del supermercado

Cons:

No me pidieron identificación para el check in.
El lugar tenía aspecto viejo y descuidado.
La habitación (103) tenía mucho olor a humedad y una ventana que daba a las albercas por la que entraba mucho ruido
La ducha no tenía presión, literalmente un hilo
No había toalla y el toallon (uno) era color café , no blanco.
El desayuno no era rico, no había opciones y si tomabas café ya no podías tomar jugo. Solo use un desayuno, el resto pasé de largo

Un gran lugar para hospedarse
Pros:

Buenas instalaciones, lugares comunes limpios y acogedores. La alberca, espectacular y necesaria para una pausa fresca. La habitación limpia y con todos sus elementos funcionando perfectamente.
La atención del personal siempre muy amable, de hecho nos ayudaron con una gran problema, por lo que estaremos por siempre agradecidos.
Mención especial para los desayunos, sin duda, de los mejores que probamos no sólo en Puerto Escondido, sino en México.

Cons:

Para algunas personas puede que les resulte un poco retirado de las playas (15-20 minutos a pie), para nosotros no significó gran problema, ya que nos encanta caminar.

Clean, well located, good breaky
Pros:

Its a basic hotel, but it does it very well. Very clean - rooms are cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. Solid breakfast (choice of two each day) and it's well located, especially for walking to the smaller bays. The coworking is great and the internet is solid. I would stay again.

Cons:

Occasionally it ran out of water. This happened twice over a week. I think this may be more the area than the hotel itself. It is a bit noisy at night, but again I think that is just the area.

Overall, it was a unique and very local experience, suitable for travelers who want to see a more authentic side of Puer
Pros:

The hotel is located right in the center of Puerto Escondido, in a non-touristic area. Most travelers usually stay in La Punta, but for us this was not a problem, as we wanted to experience local life and culture. During our stay, we were the only tourists — most guests were local families, which created a very authentic atmosphere. The room was fairly clean, and the breakfast was a real highlight: very tasty, interesting, and different every day. We also appreciated that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out.

Cons:

On the downside, our room was located close to the reception and pool area, so it was often noisy from early morning until late at night. Another drawback was the towels — although they were changed daily, they had a noticeable damp smell. Additionally, no one at the hotel spoke or understood English, which made communication a bit challenging.

La habitación no era como se reservó (camas separadas), la cortina de la cocina estaba quemada, olía a tabaco y no tenían ambientador para solventarlo, y además el desayuno tardó media hora en empezar a cocinarse

Room in puerto Escondido
Pros:

They serve a very good breakfast. The room was simple but comfortable enough. They have an amazing space on the last floor where you can work, with an amazing view.

Cons:

Is not the most clean hotel I have been. I would not use the pool for example. People would use the pool even after the allowed hours and be very loud (after 22 pm). You could tell it is an old building because everything is pretty worn out. The area where it is located is not amazing, especially at night. 20/30 min walk to the beach.
