The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
My room was extremely hot, there was no ventilation. I hardly slept, for the few nights I was there. No air conditioning, my experience within the room area was horrendous

The room and residence were relatively ok - The breakfast not that much
The residence staff did not provide me an invoice, even though Booking instructions claim that it is the residence that has to provide customers their invoices. Unfortunately, this has created me serious problems in being reimbursed by my company.
All things considered, this residence is markedly overpriced.

The hotel is designed for university guests, so the location is ideal. The university is a bit far from the city center, so if you don't have university business, you shouldn't consider it. The hotel is modest, but it has everything you need, even a private heater that you can turn on whenever the weather gets cold. This was very convenient for me, as I'm a heat-loving person. Furthermore, it has a pleasant, simple, casual feel. It's important to remember that there are two types of rooms: private (exclusive) bathrooms and shared bathrooms. I had a suite with a private bathroom; I only realized this after booking, but there was no problem upgrading to a higher standard. Furthermore, the rooms with private bathrooms are upstairs, while the rooms with shared bathrooms are downstairs. Breakfast is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly. Therefore, if I'm at the university, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
