Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with beautiful views of the mountains from the rooftop lounge area and the breakfast menu had a great range of choices.

La regadera de nuestro cuarto no funcionaba correctamente , en la puerta podrían poner una cortina más gruesa por que la luz entra desde muy temprano de una forma muy fuerte , la piscina es muyyyy pequeña .

Desayuno excelente y llenador.

Cons:

La descripción mencionaba vista a la montaña, pero en realidad no se veía nada. Deberían eliminar esa opción y no elevar el precio por ello.

Room was really nice and very clean. Pool was nice, and the rooftop terrace with the view was amazing!

It's also very quiet as it's off the main street.

I was allowed to store my luggage next to reception both before and after check out.

Hotel felt very secure.

Cons:

Music started playing outside of rooms at approx 8:30, not very quietly.

Perfect location for my first visit to tepoztlan.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and the views from the property were beautiful. I loved seeing the fireworks from the rooftoop during new year's eve. It was lovely to spend time by the pool in the afternoon to relax and take in the view of the surrounding mountains.

Cons:

The ac didn't work very well in our room.
