Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplio estacionamiento, Servicio muy amable, el restaurante muy rico todo y buenos precios.

Cons:

La alberca es muy pequeña, pero muy agradable en la temperatura.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, pas loin du centre ville mais calme quand même. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien aménagée. Piscine avec une très belle vue.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était correct mais aurait pu être plus généreux. Les WC sont très petits, ce qui ne se justifie pas compte tenu de la taille de la chambre et de la salle de bains par ailleurs.

Pros:

We were very delighted about our stay in Tatala and would recommend it to anyone who is visitng Tepoztlán. The breakfast is generous and tasted delicious. Our room was elegant and although it was small it had everything we needed. There is a pool in the rooftop but we didn´t have a chance to try. The view from the rooftop over the town and the surrounding mountanious area is amazing!

Cons:

There is a lot of insects like ants in the area of the hotel but I assume that is normal since there is a lot of vegetation there.

Management sollte unbedingt überarbeitet werden! Umgang mit Gästen war sehr sehr unangenehm!
Pros:

Die Hotel Managerin hat sich unglaublich unprofessionel verhalten! Uns wurde von ihrem Kollegen versichert, dass es ok sei vor und nach dem check in/out sich beim Hotelgelände aufzuhalten. Als sie uns sah wurden wie Einbrecher behandelt. Es ging so weit, dass sie uns noch gedroht hat deswegen ihren Angestellten feuern zu müssen.
Auch wenn sie schlechte Erfahrungen mit anderen Gästen gemacht hat.- Wir waren ruhige Gäste die ihren Urlaub und letzten Nachmittag mit einer guten Freundin auf der Terrasse abklingen wollten.
Die Art wie ich behandelt wurde hat mir komplett den Boden unter den Füßen weggezogen!

Cons:
