Very central location. Unfortunately There was a power cut and I had to move to another hotel. The staff handled it very well.
El hotel esta muy bien, habitaciones sencillas pero con todo lo necesario.
La localización es espectacular.
La alberca cumple las expectativas, pequeña pero climatizada.
Anteriormente daban el desayuno completo y ahora solo es café y pan , lo demás es aparte y los costos de las habitaciones han subido, entonces en lugar de mejorar disminuyen ....

The pool and the location
Check-in was from 3:00 PM onwards. When we arrived at 2:30 PM, the woman behind the computer initially tried to ignore us. When we cheerfully said good afternoon, she sighed as if we were schoolchildren who had done something wrong. She told us that the room wouldn't be available until 3:00 PM, that we had to park our car in the parking lot, and that we could leave our bags in the corner.
After we parked the car, she didn't say another word to us. So we simply went and sat on the couch in the waiting area. Eventually, we decided to explore the little village.
When we returned, there was another woman at reception. She checked our reservation and mechanically rattled off all the rules. Again, not even a simple welcome. Neither woman seemed to take any pleasure in welcoming guests or doing their job.
In the room, we found a note asking for tips, which felt rather inappropriate given the lack of hospitality we had experienced.
The next morning, we went for breakfast, which was included in the price of our stay. We were handed a breakfast menu full of delicious-looking options. When we mentioned that we had booked a room with breakfast included, the young man replied, "Oh, but the included breakfast is just coffee, a cookie, and some fruit."
Under normal circumstances, we would have happily ordered something extra. But after the way we had been treated since our arrival, we were already irritated. We felt so misled and taken advantage of that we simply ate our tiny breakfast and went into the village to have a proper one.
What a shame. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, and that was completely missing from our experience.

Desapareció un par de aros de oro. Lamento no haberme dado cuenta a tiempo, estoy segura que fue cuando estábamos en el desayuno y fueron a la habitación a dejar un secador de pelo que solicité.

Muy buena ubicación, buen staff y atención al cliente. Cuartos muy limpios y de buen tamaño.
Los servicios que ofrecen como los masajes, entre otros están un poco caros para la calidad del servicio
