I recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and nice. They are constantly cleaning and always with smiles on their faces. Please come and stay in this hotel and you won’t be disappointed. I love their tagline “here your stay changes lives” so go stay there and change someone’s life.

快適に過ごせました❣
Pros:

空港からホテルの送迎をしてもらいましたが、ドライバーさんがとても親切な方で、SIM購入の手伝い等をしてくださいました。ありがとうございました！
ホテルも以前より大きくなっていて、スタッフの対応や笑顔はとても居心地が良かったです。
次回東ティモールへ行く際も利用したいと思います。

Cons:

レストランのメニューが以前より少なく感じました。その点については少し残念でしたが、夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。部屋のシャワーの水圧がとても弱いです。そのうち洗えるかな・・・と、しばらく流していないとシャンプーの泡が落ちません。急いでシャワーを浴びたい時にはイラッとするかもしれませんね。
あと、以前のように部屋にコーヒーを置いてもらえると嬉しいです。今回はハーブティしかありませんでした。

Die Idee der Ausbildungsstätte ist gut, die Umsetzung mangelhaft. Das feeling war mehr ein umgebauer Pferdestall. Viele Geräte nicht nutzbar, ungemütlich.

Pros:

Aspetos positivos: a disponibilidade e simpatia do pessoal, transfer gratuito do aeroporto à chegada, quartos grandes e limpos, roupa lavada gratuitamente, restaurante maravilhoso, café muito bom, pequeno-almoço modesto, mas variado e bem confecionado. Está perto de supermercado e da marginal. O facto mais positivo: contribuir indiretamente para a formação de jovens na área do turismo.

Cons:

Menos positivo: um dos quartos tinha problemas com a água quente (mas logo fomos mudados) e pouca mobília, mas se se lembrar que está em Timor-Leste e num hotel de três estrelas todas as falhas são compreensivas.

Pros:

Underbart boende i Dili. Bekvämt rum med allt som behövs. Fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Restaurangen är otrolig. Vilka middagar! Efterrätterna hade gjort femstjärniga hotellrestauranger avundsjuka. Väldigt prisvärt för Dili.

A great choice of where to stay in Dili so that you are supporting young Timorese!
Pros:

All the essentials, air-con, hot water and WiFi worked really efficiently. The room was a reasonable size and clean. We found it a good location for the places in Dili that we needed to go. Unusually, for hotels in this part of the world, there was a kettle to make drinks in the room. Brilliant breakfasts and reliable, tasty dinners in the restaurant.
What to us was even more important was the underlying philosophy of training up young Timorese to work in the hospitality industry.

Cons:

Maybe some milk, or powdered milk,for the tea/coffee in the room would have been nice, as would salt and pepper for the eggs at breakfast.

It was a convenient location while attending a conference. The restaurant there is excellent .
Pros:

This is a hospitality school - it is great to see young Timorese learning skills. The rooms were nicely done and bed comfortable and a good breakfast provided.

Cons:

Inadequate water pressure to have a shower, but when I asked for them to fix it they did. Rats and cockroches wandering around, to which the staff just smiled and did not seem concerned!
