Overall very happy with hotel
Pros:

Good location, near city center and easy to get a taxi. Staff very nice and accommodating

Cons:

So the driver forgot to pick me up from the airport. The front desk was very apologetic, offered to give me a free ride back and extend my checkout until 1PM. Overall very happy with hotel

Clean, comfortable and friendly
Pros:

Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location with two supermarkets nearby. Dinner at Pro-Ema restaurant was amazing as always.

Pros:

海まで歩いてすぐ。
ミニバスの乗り方を教えてくれたり、とても親切にしてもらった。
部屋はとても広く、バルコニーまで付いていた。
あと、毎日洗濯してくれたのも助かった。
朝ごはん、すごくおいしかったです。
私はいつもは紅茶派ですが、ここに来たらぜひコーヒーを。
お昼も一度レストランで食べました。
リーズナブルで味もとても良かったです。
おすすめします。

I recommend anyone to stay here.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean the staff are very friendly and nice. They are constantly cleaning and always with smiles on their faces. Please come and stay in this hotel and you won’t be disappointed. I love their tagline “here your stay changes lives” so go stay there and change someone’s life.

快適に過ごせました❣
Pros:

空港からホテルの送迎をしてもらいましたが、ドライバーさんがとても親切な方で、SIM購入の手伝い等をしてくださいました。ありがとうございました！
ホテルも以前より大きくなっていて、スタッフの対応や笑顔はとても居心地が良かったです。
次回東ティモールへ行く際も利用したいと思います。

Cons:

レストランのメニューが以前より少なく感じました。その点については少し残念でしたが、夕食も朝食もとても美味しかったです。部屋のシャワーの水圧がとても弱いです。そのうち洗えるかな・・・と、しばらく流していないとシャンプーの泡が落ちません。急いでシャワーを浴びたい時にはイラッとするかもしれませんね。
あと、以前のように部屋にコーヒーを置いてもらえると嬉しいです。今回はハーブティしかありませんでした。

Die Idee der Ausbildungsstätte ist gut, die Umsetzung mangelhaft. Das feeling war mehr ein umgebauer Pferdestall. Viele Geräte nicht nutzbar, ungemütlich.

Pros:

Aspetos positivos: a disponibilidade e simpatia do pessoal, transfer gratuito do aeroporto à chegada, quartos grandes e limpos, roupa lavada gratuitamente, restaurante maravilhoso, café muito bom, pequeno-almoço modesto, mas variado e bem confecionado. Está perto de supermercado e da marginal. O facto mais positivo: contribuir indiretamente para a formação de jovens na área do turismo.

Cons:

Menos positivo: um dos quartos tinha problemas com a água quente (mas logo fomos mudados) e pouca mobília, mas se se lembrar que está em Timor-Leste e num hotel de três estrelas todas as falhas são compreensivas.
