Muy bien preparada estilo hotel boutique en el centro de los restaurantes y cafés
Location was in middle of Goreme town with lots of food options nearby
Rooms were not cleaned properly. Reception did not inform us that we needed to leave the door unlocked and hang the cleaning sign. When we did that on the second day, only the beds were made up, the toilet was not cleaned for all the days we were there. Mattress was also too soft and sinks in. Breakfast was so-so.

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre familiale troglodyte située au rez-de-chaussée. Une belle grande chambre avec beaucoup de cachet et décorée avec beaucoup de charme. Un espace parent et un espace pour chaque enfant.
La situation de l’hôtel est excellente : plein centre ville, proche de tout. Commerces et restaurant sont accessibles sans avoir à grimper des rues pentues. Le fait que le bâtiment possède une cour intérieure et soit un petit établissement rend les lieux très calme. Belle vue sur le village et les montgolfière de bon matin depuis la terrasse. Göreme est très bien situé pour visiter la Cappadoce.
Les points qui suivent ne nous ont pas dérangés, mais permettront peut être de guider ceux qui ont un choix à faire. Nous referions le même les yeux fermés.
L’hôtel n’a pas de parking. Il faut chercher un peu pour se garer. Göreme est très touristique. Heureusement que les règles de stationnement sont souples.
La chambre familiale n’a pas de réelle fenêtre. Seul une surface vitrée au niveau de la porte apporte un peu de jour. Il faut être près de la porte pour le réseau mobile (Wi-Fi performant).
Il y a un peu de matière qui se décroche des murs. C’est tout le charme de ce type d’hébergement.
3층은 진짜 동굴이에요. 2개 싱글침대와 1개의 큰 침대가 있습니다. 화장실 안은 다 돌로 되어 있어요. 안에 들어가면 시원하고 침대, 인테리어 모두 이색적이고 정돈되어 있어요.
조식이 맛있어요. 가짓수가 많진 않지만 딱 먹을만한 종류로 다앙합니다. 신선한 과일, 치즈가 좋았고 특히 무화과잼을 추천합니다.
직원들이 친절합니다. 버스시간으로 시간이 애매했는데 체크아웃하고 짐을 보관해주셨습니다. 비가와서 테라스에 잠시 머무르게도 해주셨습니다.
그리고 아기고양이가 너무 귀여워요.

La noia recepcionista s’ha preocupat moltíssim per nosaltres.
M’ha agradat tot, potser el preu podria ser una mica més barat però repetiríem segur. Ha estat espectacular!
Exceptional Stay – Highly Recommend!
We had a truly memorable stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. The service was amazing from start to finish—Effet was incredibly kind and always available to help with anything we needed. The rooms were unique and full of character, giving us a real cave hotel experience while still being very comfortable.
The location is excellent—very, very central and close to everything in Göreme, which made exploring super easy. This hotel was a big part of what made our trip unforgettable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia!
Great location and all the staffs are kind.
The reception staff who can speak english isn’t always at reception in daytime and he always says tell me later after I ask to help something but he is very kind. And I don’t know we must leave the key for clean room so the rest room is so wet.

We had a truly memorable stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional — especially from Anas, who went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. He personally helped us book our hot air balloon ride and private day tour, and even offered to prepare an early breakfast for us on the day of our departure, knowing we had a morning flight.
Our room was fantastic — it actually had two separate rooms and even a jacuzzi, which was a wonderful surprise. The terrace was the highlight: we were able to watch the balloons rise up close, right from the hotel, which was magical.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and that special Cappadocia cave hotel charm.
