Good location, decent breakfast, helpful staff, linen and towels 3/10.
Pros:

Reasonable, value for money, nice location.

Cons:

Linen, towels, looked old used. Gym was in the basement parking garage. Dusty.

Pros:

Staff at hotel are all nice and kind.
Comparing price and facilities, i highly recoment this hotel to stay in Hanoi for others.

Lovely atmosphere and lovely price 😊
Pros:

The staff were friendly and hard working! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were lovely. The breakfast was good too and for a very generous rate!

Cons:

Considering the price was so great these were very minor issues, sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush but we could fix it easily and it wasn't very sound proof although sleeping was not an issue!
