The property is good, I highly recommend this property when you have an event near the area.
Pros:

The location is near the main landmarks of the area like SM Centerpoint, LRT Sta. Mesa Station & Gilmore. The place is also easy to reach when you are from the province since it's near transport terminals in the area. There's also a food gallery near the entrance of the building.

Cons:

There are some little bugs in the room, I suggest that the property owner needs to spray some pesticide when cleaning the room. But this did not affect my stay on the property since they did not cause harm nor fear.
