Only the location is relatively fine.
It's important for me to note that I travel a lot, I've been to a lot of hotels in the last year. This place is just super dirty, not clean, dirty sheets, the soap they brought me was already used, under the bed full of waste! The hotel staff lied to me when I arrived that the room I booked was already occupied and that they couldn't get me my room, in the end I got a dirty room, the light in the bathroom didn't work, the toilet barely worked either. Very dirty place and unserviceable staff.
The staff were very friendly and nice people and there was an elevator for convenience and good air con in every room, the facilities were good and met expectations perfectly
The bedroom was mostly clean but I did find dust and hair in some places around the bedroom, air con was sometimes noisy and there were no windows in my bedroom. Compared to other hotels In cat ba it was reasonably priced but compared to hotels across Vietnam it was very expensive for what was put into the rooms. The best are very very hard and do not budge when sat on
It's a great hotel in cat ba. They're very kind and helpful, the staff in the front is so nice.
