Is a clean hotel, people are friendly
The food is good as well.
I liked most every thing if am not exaggerate
Staff services are the best, everyone smiles! I was happy when a couple of staff recognized me ( after a year) and said ohh welcome back!
Breakfast has gone far, far down- I was here last year, and breakfast was really good, and that is one of the reasons that I came back
I saw an improvement on my last day, hopefully you will keep the same direction
Easy check in and possibility for late check-out. The room was located on the 6th floor, did not hear any noise from the mosque across the street.
Waiting for the elevator takes forever, not very efficient, we took the stairs when we didn't have any luggage with us.
Stayed for a work trip. Staff were excellent - very very good customer service: went to the restaurant to buy water and the staff told me to order from reception so I wouldn't have to pay for it. Next day found extra bottles of water without having to ask. Would definitely stay again.
