Pros:

Завтрак обычный, большого разнообразия нет. Но голодными не останетесь.

Cons:

При заселении душ в ванной комнате не работал. Вызвали мастера, он что то там поделал, но все равно при включении лилось одновременно и из крана, и из душевой лейки. Просили поменять номер, отказали по причине отсутствия свободных номеров.

Pros:

Stayed for a work trip. Staff were excellent - very very good customer service: went to the restaurant to buy water and the staff told me to order from reception so I wouldn't have to pay for it. Next day found extra bottles of water without having to ask. Would definitely stay again.

Good hotel in Nairobi
Pros:

Easy check in and possibility for late check-out. The room was located on the 6th floor, did not hear any noise from the mosque across the street.

Cons:

Waiting for the elevator takes forever, not very efficient, we took the stairs when we didn't have any luggage with us.

Idéal pour une clientèle musulmane car mosquée en face

Réception 24h/24. Personnel très courtois. Beau jardin

Cons:

L'hôtel est situé directement en face d'une mosquée dans laquelle les prières sont dîtes plusieurs fois par jour dans des hauts parleurs. La nuit c'est pareil. Le vendredi le bruit venant du haut parleur de la mosquée est pratiquement toute la journée,

Excellent.
Pros:

Their communication was on point. I contacted them to inquire about a few things prior to our stay, and they responded almost instantly. Our flight got delayed by 7 hours, and they were active to respond to the updates we made. We found the rooms to be very comfortable and neat, for a reasonable amount of money I should say. The hotel's physical appearance was as it looked in the pictures we saw when booking. Their breakfast was also well prepared.

Cons:

Whilst there was Wi-Fi, we were on the 9th floor, and sometimes it got weak. It needs to be strengthened to cover all levels.
