La pulizia e la posizione
La spa, l aria condizionata che faceva puzza e non avevano un profumatore da darci, la poca gentilezza di un componente del personale, sciacquone funzionava solo una parte, una sola cuffia per doccia quando eravamo in due, la presa della corrente funzionava solo da una parte del letto, non c era la presa industriale in bagno
Frühstück war super.
Restaurant abends nicht empfehlenswert. Fitnessraum im Umbau, kaum zu benutzen.

It’s just a across from the beach and there’s a beautiful park, just behind it and beautiful trees
There is no help with my luggage, going up the stairs, and then I found out that there is a handicap elevator. The concierge watched me struggle with all my luggage up the stairs and never helped. the next day, There was a wonderful woman who told me there is a handicap elevator because the building is an old 1500 Continental building. She helped me tremendously.
Also, I was really disappointed with communication. I asked to 1st cancel, then change my date and they continuously refused. I knew that they were not full because the whole entire Hotel was empty because it’s off-season. They kept refusing cancellation and or changing the dates.
Every Hotel, I’ve travelled across the country, has been more than welcome to work with me, and except for this place. It really left a shower taste in my mouth with this place, not very welcome ing.

La colazione era di bassa qualità. Anche la cena, perché la pasta non era buona. Tuttavia, il cameriere era molto simpatico e molto disponibile.
La colazione era abbondante con molte cose da mangiare dolci e salate, il problema è il solito non è una colazione salutare, caffè, cappuccino, orzo e quant'altro liofilizzato e di scarsa qualità, dolci e altri alimenti fatti in fabbrica e di scarsa qualità, le cameriere molto professionali e carine, brave, peccato perché le terme e l'hotel non sarebbe male, però la cucina fa molto desiderare
Non mi sono piaciute le colazioni sicuramente, e poi questo non so, la scorsa volta che ho fatto le vacanze in questa struttura anche il cibo non era buono, questa volta però non ho rischiato, ho fatto solo prima colazione, poi gli orari apertura e chiusura terme, dalle 11,30 alle 18,30 io credo che chi va in questo hotel in questo periodo vada per fare le terme, giusto? Anche perché in paese non c'è un locale aperto in questo periodo, perciò se aprissero almeno 1 ora prima e chiudessero almeno verso le 20,00 non sarebbe male, anche perchè ho notato che non vengono chiuse prima o aperte dopo per fare pulizie, perché ho notato una cuffia di quelle trasparenti che mettono nei bagni in camera sul bordo della piscina la sera alla chiusura, la mattina alle 10,00 era sempre lì al solito posto della sera, perciò sicuramente avevano chiuso la sera e fino alle 11,00 non c'era passato nessuno a pulire
