The breakfast was adequate and delivered on time.
The swimming pools were very pleasant.
The view across the lagoon was delightful.
All the staff were polite and always helpful.
The BBQ area was clean and much appreciated.
There could have been a few more kitchen utensils, eg plates, mugs, and cutlery and the lighting in the kitchen area could have been a little brighter for cooking.
As older people we didn't like the steep driveway if we wanted to go for a walk to the shops or to catch a bus. Maybe there was a less steep access, but we didn't investigate that possibility.
The staff were amazing and helpful. Our room was comfortable and close to the restaurant and pool.
It is a little way from the main part of town and at the bottom of a very steep hill!
Great location overlooking the lagoon, beautiful gardens, bungalows were very spacious
The pools are a little small but the resort isn’t too big so they were not overly busy, they have cushions on the sun lounges so they were quite uncomfortable.
Loved everything about it! The location, the staff, the pools, the view. It was amazing

Repas proposés correctes mais un peu cher.
Et on nous a autorisé a nous doucher dans une chambre le soir car on partait a 20h00 et on a du quitter la chambre a 10h00.

Très sale,pleins de personnel mais ils ne porte pas intérêt au jardin c'est déplorable.
Une tribu vit derrière c'est très bruyant.
Assez loin du centre ville et beaucoup de côtes et des rues peu sûres.
C'était les fêtes le personnel semblait venir avec leur famille ....ils utilisait la piscine , ont cassé le seul hamac..laissait traîner des détritus
C'était vraiment désolant, surtout que sa grouillait de personnel.

Resort is showing it’s age now. Hard to get information about activities. It was a weekend though, so this was likely to reduce options.
This is outside the control of Poppys, however the burning of plastic waste in nearby villages created acrid smoke which detracted from the experience. This issue will affect all properties along the lagoon.
We loved the gardens, the pools and the overall atmosphere. Our unit was good for 4 people and the staff were great

The location is great, with water views and beautiful gardens and grounds.
Staff are super helpful and pleasant and I was remembered and welcomed back by two of the staff who were there when I visited 16 months ago. 💖
Meals in general were fantastic. The first 3 days all meals were exceptional, but on my last day, both lunch and dinner, while okay, were not of the same standard, including one I had on an earlier day. The continental breakfast is very generous and a great start to the day, and there is REAL ground Tanna coffee in the room and a coffee plunger.
Easy to get around with minimal steps, which is important to me as I use a walking stick.

I booked this property for the beachside location thinking I could swim close to the hotel. Unfortunately the lagoon has been closed for swidue to pollution. This should be mentioned in the property details.

Location meant a hot walk to town - but that was my choice as I’d prefer a view of the lagoon rather than Port Vila
