Le personnel très à l'écoute et disponible
La literie
L'emplacement bien situé dans une petite rue de la Médina. tout accessible à pied
la chambre était très calme pas de bruit de rue.
Excursions proposées très bien
Hammam et massage très bien

Petit déjeuner correct et copieux mais un bémol pour la restauration

Pros:

The location is excellent, the hotel is tidy and the rooms are clean, the staff tried to always be at your service

Cons:

It would be great if there was a coffee maker or kettle in the room. The terrace was not very tidy and you couldn't enjoy the sun, maybe because it's not the season so they don't clean it every day or they lack staff because we were out of season. The same two guys worked the whole time at the reception and in the kitchen and as waiters.

Everything was perfect! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way – from the comfort and cleanliness to the overall atmosphere.

A special thank you to Steven, who made everything so much easier for us. His guidance and helpful instructions truly enhanced our stay and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The staffel was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The room was confortable and I recomand the hamam and massage!

Pros:

Very nice traditional and authentic building and the hotel itself is very family run style, not a huge chain hotel style. Rooms are of standard size but common space like court, rooftop terrace and swimming pool etc are very spacious and the location is really at the center. You can walk to all the main places to visit on foot. We had dinner one night at hotel as we were tired to go out and it was a nice surprise. Very homey and delicious local cuisine. Their pick up service was of great comfort too when we just arrived at the airport. Most importantly, very kind staff. Keltoum is exceptional. She gave a lot of help from the booking stage until the end. And many thanks to Steven too.

Tre giorni a Marrakech
Pros:

Struttura accogliente e pulita, al centro della Medina.
Tutto lo staff davvero gentile e disponibile, la mattina del check-out ci hanno fatto trovare la colazione pronta all'orario da noi richiesto (molto presto).
Colazione molto buona e varia.
Letto comodo.
Abbiamo anche usufruito del servizio extra dell'hammam, di cui siamo rimasti soddisfatti

Cons:

La camera non era quella presente nelle foto e nella descrizione: non c'era il terrazzo e le finestre davano sulla sala dell'hammam, pertanto l'ambiente era molto caldo.
Alcune prese vicino al letto non funzionanti, phon a parete difettoso
