For seniors the stairs were a bit challenging and in most cases no handrails. Distances to the main square a bit far again for seniors, once a day no issues, but more than that a challenge. Believe it was about 1.1 km to main square tho most of walk was in covered walkways with hundreds and hundreds on vendors. Breakfast did not start till 8:30, but in reality more like 9, so challenging to have something to eat if you had a 9 a.m. tour. Had complaints about the volume of our tv, so don’t know if walls are thin, or we really did have it to loud. Sort of put a damper on our playing the tv as we didn’t want to cause issues.

It's down a small street, so using Google maps offline is very important to avoid attracting "helpers" on your way home.
Other guests can be noisy at night but we reported it and it was dealt with immediately.
Maybe a bit more information about finding your way down to the square, and the possible challenges in Marrakech, would be helpful at the welcome meeting.

Instalações ruim

El ascensor no funcionó desde hace tiempo por falta de piezas en la ciudad, asi que si te cuesta subir las escaleras, piensalo bien.

La azotea esta un poco descuida, que es una pena, porque ahi arriba por la noche es muy agradable.
Se puede llevar resfrescos propios y hielo (si lo encuentras) en las tienditas cercanas. Aunque la habitación es excelente ( suit junior), en la aplicación pone que dispone de terraza y no es cierto

Está muy bien situado, pero por el estrecho laberinto de calles, recomendamos usar siempre un Tuk Tuk desde la puerta hasta tu destino, evitando caminar por las calles, especialmente por la tarde-noche.
Entrar en el Siouk y la Medina solamente durante la mañana y con guia si es posible.

La pulizia della stanza che in alcuni giorni non è stata effettuata. Il taxi che doveva prenderci in areoporto all' arrivo è arrivato con 30 minuto di ritardo

We experienced cold water for the first two days of our stay. On the third day, the water was warmer but still not at an ideal temperature.
The breakfast area was extremely cold, meaning we had to wear multiple layers and coats while eating. Breakfast itself was quite stressful. On one occasion, when we asked for toast with our eggs, we were told we couldn’t have toast as we were not vegan. On another occasion, I received just one slice of toast, which was cold. Overall, breakfast was inconsistent and only improved during the final two days of our stay. It’s disappointing, as this standard should have been maintained throughout our visit.
There were also no tea-making facilities in the rooms. Given the cold temperatures, we ordered tea, which was charged for. This was disappointing, as with a little more care and attention, this riad has the potential to be truly beautiful.

Honestly, nothing. Everything met our expectations.
