Pros:

Personnel agréable et a l'écoute, le petit déjeuner est top et copieux, le dîner est bien il ne faut pas hésiter à demander s'il y a quelques choses qui vous fait envie de le signaler la veille pour l'avoir le lendemain.

Cons:

2 nuits où nous avons été réveillée par l'entente de discussion et comme le riad même si l'on parle doucement amplifie le son, donc pas agréable.

Un séjour authentique et magique avec un service exceptionnel en plein cœur de Marrakech.
Pros:

Un riad magnifique, très calme et typique en plein cœur de la médina. L’équipe est exceptionnelle, d’une grande gentillesse du début à la fin. Mention spéciale à Steven qui est venu nous chercher tard le soir et nous a même préparé un dîner délicieux à notre arrivée. Le rooftop avec vue sur la Koutoubia est incroyable. Petit déjeuner très bon et service au top avec Mohcine. On se sent vraiment chouchoutées pendant tout le séjour.

Cons:

Pas grand chose à signaler. La literie est un peu dure et la piscine est froide, mais après une journée à marcher cela reste agréable.

L'emplacement bien situé dans une petite rue de la Médina. tout accessible à pied
la chambre était très calme pas de bruit de rue.
Excursions proposées très bien

Pros:

The location is excellent, the hotel is tidy and the rooms are clean, the staff tried to always be at your service

Cons:

It would be great if there was a coffee maker or kettle in the room. The terrace was not very tidy and you couldn't enjoy the sun, maybe because it's not the season so they don't clean it every day or they lack staff because we were out of season. The same two guys worked the whole time at the reception and in the kitchen and as waiters.
