A mon arrivée j’ai attendu 15 min pour que quelqu’un m’ouvre l’accès à distance via l’interphone. J’ai donc été obligé de les appeler au téléphone pour que je puisse accéder à ma
Chambre.
Le passage obligatoire par l’interphone à chaque retour dans la chambre est agaçant.

Chambre partie nuit très petite, je ne pouvais pratiquement pas ouvrir ma valise au sol.

Le balai à toilette était cassé
Pas de savon dans le distributeur de la douche, j’ai du m’en acheter un.
Obligation de payer la taxe de séjour en espèce…
Une des 2 serviettes de douche bien propre était Très usée

Excellent hôtel, excellente situation et chambre très moderne, spacieuse et propre.

Es un espacio pequeño como muchos otros en París, es acogedor con una gran ventana que permite la ventilación, eso es muy bueno por qué se encierra el calor, todo lo demás está bien para una estancia corta, no larga.

The check in was a little strange to me. Having no staff on site made it difficult to get any questions answered that I had. The access code panel on the first set of stairs was finicky. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I ran into a lot of people that had problems with it. Just keep trying and it'll eventually work. There were four security code panels before actually entering your room. So very secure. Almost too secure haha. Overall it was clean, in a neighborhood surrounded by great restaurants, and a short walk to/from the metro. Just have patience with the access codes and you'll love it like I did.

Le nom de l'hôtel est inscrit nulle part et pas même sur le bâtiment.
Sur la devanture se trouvent des plaques de métiers (notaires, syndicat des champignons...) mais 'Louvres-Tuileries' ce qui est un comble.
Une fois l'hôtel identifié grâce à un appel de 10 minutes passé au 'support' il faut encore entrer quatre codes pour accéder à la chambre (1. entrée du bâtiment ; 2. entrée dans le hall ; 3. entrée sur le palier et 4. entrée de la chambre !
L'hôtel avait indiqué une réduction de 10 % si je restais à l'hôtel malgré des travaux dans la rue. Résultat : Aucune remise.

Le principal problème a ete l accès, le fait qu il faille demander l accès par interphone et aussi appeler au téléphone surtout le soir lorsque personne ne répond ni à l’interphone ni au téléphone.

Four security steps to get in. The second step is a speakerphone which doesn’t work. The room was clean and modern, once I got into it. Once in, I was afraid to leave! Totally inexcusable. I very shoddy operation. Too late, I read other reviews. They’ve had this issue at least a year. Be smart. Stay away.

I have given this 1 star as we had an incident with the host and were left stranded for nearly 2 hours in lobby unable to access the building at 03:00am in the morning. No compensation offered. Just an apology which I felt was meaningless.

There is no street sign indicating WS. There was no soap or shower supplies to use. The sidewalk just outside the hotel was being demolished and under heavy construction, actively getting ripped apart as we were leaving the room.

Herbergement dans un appartement qui a été séparé en plusieurs hebergements WS. Aucune indication dans la rue, ancun code d'accès au batiment. Il faut les appeler pour recevoir les informations, ce qui fait perdre du temps. L'appel interphone est également tres long afin d'ouvrir la deuxieme porte paliere. Chambre rénové avec gout, un peu bruyante avec la rue.

O apartamento é bom, reformado e de acordo com a descrição, porém a estrutura do prédio é bem precária. Não conseguimos acessar o apartamento quando chegamos para fazer o check in, pois não nos foram passadas as informações, mesmo tendo solicitado antes. Chegamos no prédio e não conseguimos entrar, tivemos que levar a bagagem para os passeios. Recebemos as informações para o check in, 1 hora após o horário, somente depois de tentar solicitar o cancelamento. Lamentável!

Scam, a low price venu with cheap features low quality furniture, wannabe trendy but awful.
The place is a nightmare , claims elevator access but I fact elevator is accessible frop the second floor , you have to climb a flight of 20+ stairs to get to it. Then a tedious multiple unsafe security checks..

It was exactly what we wanted, it was clear instructions on how to get in but it can still be tricky getting in nonetheless also we couldn’t get the tv to work but maybe user errror, I would stay here again it was a neat experience
