Won’t stay again or recommend
Pros:

It was convenient location wise

Cons:

The beds were incredibly uncomfortable with the mattresses being ridiculously soft. The whole place was tired and old. The bathroom smelt of urine and the decor of the room and all communal areas was tatty with damp patches showing through. The breakfast was not nice.

They were all adequate.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that because I paid through booking.com when I arrived I was told I had to pay an extra £7.50 per day to use the swimming pool, so I feel booking.com should have advised me of this as I may have got a better price elsewhwere, I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and never been asked to pay extra for the swimming pool.

Very good on the whole.

Cleanliness and locations

Cons:

I had requested rooms close together with the friends we travelled with but not actioned. Also additional charge for using pool and jacuzzi as we hadn’t booked directly. Only reason we did this was due to no cancellation option if booked directly.
