Pros:

Location to Galaxy, Taipa, & LRT good. Gymn well appointed and roomy. Room well appointed, nice tub and toilet.

Cons:

Pool water was correct temperature but a bit small for exercise with all the kids. Breakfast buffet good not great.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, amazing breakfast!
Pros:

Staff were really friendly but unfortunately lacked training. Check in took quite long and staff wasn't sure of booking conditions and benefits inclusive. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with tons of choices. It was so crowded but everyone went their best to assist with your request. Rooms are absolutely spotless! We were so pleased with the amenities and the free mini bar! Thus, the turn down service stole my heart.

Cons:

Check in took a long time. Staff wasn't sure of benefits included e.g. breakfast.

Location is not very closed to Galaxy Macau complex, needs to walk across public road to access the opposite JW Marriot
