Everything was absolutely, absolutely, absolutely perfect.
This time, I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a better suite, and I truly felt so lucky. From the very beginning of the check-in process, the staff’s attitude and professionalism were outstanding. When I entered the upgraded suite and saw the room environment, I was extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied.
Overall, aside from being slightly farther from the city center, I believe the entire area has been managed exceptionally well. I have rated this hotel very highly. From the lobby, the overall design, the quality, and even the philosophy behind the brand, everything feels very thoughtful and perfectly executed. I truly admire and appreciate the level of quality here.
As for the room itself — the walls, the carefully selected sofa, the sofa cushions, the bed, even the refrigerator, the slippers, and all the amenities — every single detail was impeccable. Nothing felt overlooked.
This stay was an incredibly wonderful experience. If I were to rate it out of ten stars, I would honestly give it twenty.
