buffet es malo, spa no está abierto los lunes , no lo dice en tu reserva
Super établissement, endroit magnifique avec 2 piscines dont 1 vue sur la mer. Cadre très agréable et sans enfant donc très reposant. Le ménage est fait tous les jours ce qui est agréable de revenir dans une chambre propre. Je recommande
Les repas sont à revoir, on mange beaucoup de fois la même chose ce qui est très dommage et lassant au bout de 1 semaine. De plus ils sont beaucoup composé de pâte, riz et frites…. C’est dommage pour un établissement aussi prestigieux

Možná příliš silné drinky na baru, ale to jsme vyřešili tím, že jsme si říkali o slabší verzi :-)
La limpieza, lo insonorizado que esta la habitación, el comedor y las piscinas,la ubicación.
Poco personal ,poca variedad y repetitiva en todas las comidas, la cama te movías y hacia ruido, cuando ibas para coger un vaso o copa no había,

-Als standaard kamer word je weg gestoken in een hoekje naast de bar en keuken(‘s morgens en ‘s avonds dus lawaai)

All staff were pleasant especially the older guy on the bar.

Never had a problem with sunbeds
We arrived early but we were told we couldn't use the facilities or get any drinks or food until we checked in when the room was ready. So we put our cases in the room with computer server in and went out for a drink. About an hour later we were called to say our rooms were ready. What annoyed us is that when we were leaving a couple were given a pass to get drinks and food as they were also early.
Paying for cocktails on an all inclusive, how's this even possible?
Not enough things there to entertain, should have a pool table or table tennis.
