La tranquilidad que se respira, el tipo de clientela que tienen, gente tranquila, donde puedes descansar. El spa muy bien, aunque la fuente de hielo no funcionaba
Había leido comentarios que el personal era muy amable, almenos con los que he podido comunicarme, sin más, de hecho bastante secos los camareros del desayuno y la cena y la chica que sirve los huevos en el desayuno. Ni buenos dias, te pide la tarjeta de la habitación como si te estuvieras colando.. podrian ser más alegres y educados.
Dejé a través de la reserva un mensaje diciendo que era el cumpleaños de mi marido y ni tuvieron un triste detalle.. en otros hoteles sí, y más siendo un 4 estrellas. Y que te cobren el spa aparte siendo huespedes
Gute Lage fast direkt am Strand, sehr nettes Personal, gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Schöne Zimmer, Pools, alles sehr gepflegt.
Leider war das Abendessen nicht ganz so lecker, da es wenig gewürzt war und es gab wenig Abwechslung in den Tagen, an denen wir dort waren. Zudem waren die Pools sehr warm, super wäre, wenn diese etwas kühler/ klimatisierter gewesen wären.
Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auch immer wieder kommen.
the location and the view was good, the room was nice and cozy.
i booked all inclusive, still had to pay for the towels, water never got refilled, the bedsheets were never changed only when we told them to, safe costs 4€ per day?? there were ants in our room. some of the workers werent respectful. i could hear my neighbors all night banging their closet doors and balcony and everything, not even a little bit soundproof.

Por vezes a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar…
A comida era boa mas por vezes o buffet jantar repetitivo.

Sehr schönes Adults Only Hotel. Direkt am Strand, nur Promenade noch dazwischen. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Hotel hat 2 Pools, ausreichend Liegen. Pool-Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Braucht man Hilfe (es gab einen verstopften Waschbeckenabfluss) kommt sofort Hilfe und Problem wurde behoben. Sehr gut.
Nichts zu bemängeln.
