Było czysto, komfortowo, spory wybór dań na śniadaniu, wielkie łóżko, ale trochę twardy materac. Personel pomocny - zaginęła nam kurtka, która szybko się znalazła.
Nie było wystarczającego ciśnienia w prysznicu i leciała chłodna woda. Personel skoncentrowany był na ważnych osobistościach, ale to akurat nam nie przeszkadzało.
It was really confortable, with a great location. Room was nice and big. Totally recommend the hotel.

Very nice and friendly staff.
The view was amazing, I was able to see everything. The room was large and tidy. Breakfast on the roof top was very nice and plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is great. Location is good, not too busy.
The breakfast in the down stairs restaurant had many little flies around the food. The shower in the bath was a little difficult to get in and out.
The view
Unbearable unable disco till three in the morning. And bearable light show flashing through every hotel window until three in the morning. If you are old, you can never walk up the hill that leads to this hotel. I would never recommend this again to anybody. We complained and told them about this and wanted our money back and they said no so we left anyway without receiving any money in return. Would never ever recommend this to anybody again in my whole life and I have been to Bay five times.

Hotel is undergoing renovations. No iron and ironing board was available. Gym was in disrepair.
The breakfast buffet (not the time or the staff) was very nice, the view, room and bathroom were excellent.
The noise coming from the beach club that is 2kilometers away, please do not book here your stay if you want to sleep before midnight. Even after Midnight you can hear the music, but not annoying anymore. They should do something against the noise otherwise this hotel is worthless.
The combination of not sleeping before midnight and being sent out of the breakfast room before 9:00 makes it difficult to get enough sleep on your holiday.
The first night we arrived around 4:00 in the night so they explained us that we need to pay an extra night.
Furthermore, we needed to change rooms twice during our five night stay due to the early arrival and a broken airconditioning that kept us awake during the night.
Also, the reception told us twice that the hotel was fully booked while we were often the only ones during breakfast.
Weird and unrelaxing experience in this hotel.
