Location is excellent
Property details are not clear , like only one bedroom had Air Conditioning, 2nd Bedroom doesn’t have any Air Conditioning rather no fan, apartment doesn’t have any service like cleaning etc.
The hotel is nice and clean, but there is a bedroom without air conditioning. As soon as we went, I discovered that there is no reception. I have to go to another hotel to book and pay, and by car I go to the same hotel. It turned out that the entrance is scary, as if it is not a hotel. There is no sign on the door.
Proximity to the Metro system and the apartment is clean.
When you send your arrival time through Booking com, you're redirected to another location, rather than the one listed on Booking, to "check in" and then they have an elderly man drag all of your luggage about 3 blocks away, half of it up a steep hill. This man speaks no English & talks at a mile a minute in Turkish about things in the apartment. After a tiring journey to arrive here, there is no way that know what he's on about, even if you do remember to use a translating app.
The refrigerator didn't work, even though quite new. When we contacted the receptionist at the "check in" location, we were told that someone would come in 1 hr to fix it; 2 hrs later, no one arrived. We were robbed of our sightseeing time. When confronted, the receptionist mostly smiled, but mostly smiled & showed indifference. They did offer us a 1 bedroom apartment as a replacement, but that's not what we paid for, because we had need of 2 bedrooms.
Sending information to Booking com customer service about some this results in no response from Booking. Why do they have a "customer service"?
And Booking com places it's mark on the "map" for this place in the wrong location, about 2 blocks south of the real location. If you are driving & follow "directions" on how to get there from Booking, you'll end up in the wrong location in an area that is a complex of "one way" streets
2 bedrooms = 1 bedroom WITHOUT windows or Air Conditioning = no fresh air or circulation; even most prison cells have some sort of ventilation.
Kitchen is very poorly stocked.
Bathroom/shower room has no pegs to hang towels on.
On a paper you are asked to sign in during the check in process, site unseen, is a list of itmes in the apartment. When you arrive you find that some of what you agreed to existing does in fact not exist.
Everything was amazing.

"Perfect Location, Helpful Staff". I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location was ideal, situated right in the heart of the city close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I was able to easily walk to all the places I wanted to go to during my stay.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I checked in, the front desk personnel were warm and welcoming. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, the staff was prompt and eager to help.
The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed for my trip, it was perfectly suitable and represented a good value for the location and service.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of the ideal central location and the genuinely kind and helpful staff made a wonderful stay. I would not hesitate to book here again on a future trip.
