Le studio est très bien , propre, confortable et bien équipé là dessus rien à dire
La salle de bain qui dégage une odeur nauséabonde dû aux canalisations. La climatisation qui fait un bruit monstre. J ai ete très déçue car j avais réservé ce lieu pour la piscine et à ma grande surprise quand j ai voulu y aller il y avait un panneau "closed", le gardien m'a dit qu elle était fermé hors j ai vraiment choisi cet endroit pour la piscine car c est un endroit très excentré . C est malheureusement loin de tout, il n y a même pas un convenience store à côté , il faut donc prendre un tuktuk pour tous ses déplacements. J' ai demandé à Booking et au gérant une compensation, ce qui me paraît juste car l'annonce n était finalement pas contractuelle et ils n ont rien voulu savoir. Je suis du coup très déçue par l' expérience dans ce logement.
It was so comfy and clean. We were here for two weeks and the time flew by. Loved the pool, the guards were so helpful along with the onsite staff. Tuks Tuks and sari saris nearby were very convenient. Great location. Would definitely stay here again!
The process for fresh water delivery could be improved. Rather than ordering one bottle at a time and waiting for the off site delivery, which can be between 1-12 hours, it would make sense for the management office to keep several bottles onsite and take delivery of multiple bottles to provide in a more timely manner. Realizing it would be an up front investment for the managers, 30 pesos/ bottle, it would make this place a 10+ experience.
